It had been a couple of days since Tonraq arrived at air temple island. The news of the Avatar missing spread quickly. It became the talk of the town in a matter of moments although it was a mystery to know how the news scattered.

Air temple island, for once was overflowing of silence. The loud and rowdy family were now occupied with finding the avatar.

Luck wasn't on their side as they had to deal with Kuvira as well. The young metal bender was a psychopath. She wanted to rule Republic City as it was in Earth Kingdom land and she wasn't taking no for an answer.

She had given President Raiko a week to hand over the city otherwise she would take it by force. For the meantime, they had signed a peace treaty which made sure no unnecessary fighting happened.

AIR TEMPLE ISLAND

There was a loud banging in the meeting room. Team avatar (besides Korra), Tenzin, Lin, Suyin and Wu were discussing their next move.

Su went and opened the door to be greeted by the one and only Kuvira.

Lin crossed her arms. "What are you doing here? We agreed for no fighting and wherever you go there is trouble."

"Yeah, yeah." Kuvira looked around "Just making sure you aren't plotting anything huge behind my back. Wouldn't want to destroy a city just because a couple benders couldn't follow orders."

The people inside the room groaned. They knew Kuvira does this a lot. Showing up at places when you don't expect it and then giving a justified reason.

"Say.. your missing a certain someone aren't you?" Kuvira smirked.

Suyin clocked on. "Korra.."

"Where is she?! If you hurt her I will personally kill you myself!" roared Asami.

Kuvira's eyes widened. "Woah easy there.. no need to threaten me. Besides I'm not one to hurt the damaged."

This perked an interest to Tenzin, "And what do you mean by that?"

"I've seen her a couple of times walking around the Earth Kingdom. And let me tell you she wasn't looking good at all."

It saddened everyone that Korra was suffering. It hurt Asami the most that the person who mattered the most in her life was struggling on a daily basis.

"Where is she right now?" the airbender questioned.

"Don't know. My men spotted her a couple of times in these past 6 months."

"Very well then. Thank you for your help. It would be so nice if you could leave now." said Lin in the most polite way.

Kuvira nodded and walked out alongside two soilders. Once the door closed everywhere started breathing freely.

"What are we going to do with that girl..?" Suyin sighed.

Mako shook his head. "She's really becoming a bother."

The air became tense. Presumably everyone was thinking about different things. Mako was thinking about protecting Wu. Suyin and Lin were thinking about Kuvira and Tenzin was thinking about his family.

Whilst Bolin just sat there cluelessly.

Unlike the others, Korra was living in Asami's mind. The heiress would always be thinking about Korra day in day out. And now that she got information about the girl, she was low-spirited. She felt useless. Useless to leave Korra by herself when she needed someone the most.

"Um guys..." Asami spoke up "What are we going to do about Korra?"

Tenzin caressed his beard "I don't think there is much we can do right now. If we are going to search for her, it might take a while. And you know Kuvira, she's unexpected. She might attack when we are gone."

"I agree." said Suyin "Either a duo goes to find her and the rest stay or we wait until this is all over and then seek out for her."

"How about we said Kai and Jinora?" said Bolin.

Tenzin immediately shut down that idea. "No they'd get carried away when they're together."

"Hey.. how about I go? It might make her feel comfortable I guess? Seeing that we use to be really close." said Asami.

Lin approved. "I miss that kid you know. You better find her Asami!"

Asami jokingly saluted. "Aye captain."

Night came by quickly, the meeting wrapped up.
Once everyone had left, Asami made her way to Korra's father, Tonraq. She knocked on his door softly. When she heard him respond with 'Come in' she held the door knob and took a deep breath in.

"Oh Asami, how may I help?" he asked

"I'm just popping in too tell you that someone informed us about Korra's location."

Tonraq shot up but then quickly composed himself. "And where is she?"

"Apparently she has been wandering around the Earth Kingdom. According to Kuvira, she is in a 'rough state'."

Asami saw the change in emotion on Tonraq's face. It went from hopeful to sad.

"On the bright side, tomorrow me and Opal will be on the search to find her."

"Thank you so much." Tonraq went and shook Asami's hand. "Please find her."

"I will try my best sir. She means a lot to me too."

Tonraq gave a small smile and muttered "I like this one better then Mako."

Asami turned around and exited, her face was a blushing madness. It was true Tonraq was whispering but she could still understand what he was saying.

"If only she knew."
