Prologue

While tacking up Chipper and Tuscany , Sami and Annie were talking about who they liked in 4-h. Sami said "Well I like Jaxon. But do you promise not to tell anyone or I will stab you in the eye with a butter knife!"(Divergent)

"Okay I promise. I like Trevor." Said Annie.

Just as she said that Jaxon pulled down the driveway. Sami screamed. She jumped on Chipper and took off at the canter up the driveway. She heard Jaxon and Annie yelling at her but she kept going. Then she heard someone cantering behind her. She hid in woods, that were to her right. She saw that it was Jaxon on Tuscany. She screamed in her head. Chipper just had to sneeze at the worst time ever! Then Jaxon started to walk fast to Annie but she started to trot. Somehow he got in front of her and he spooked Chipper. Annie fell off and Jaxson jumped off of Tuscany to see if she is okay and she was. She kicked him in the crouch and took off running again. Then she tripped over a huge rock.
