Day Of Splatfest

"CMON, DIPSHITS!" 3 yelled through 4 and 7's door.

"HOLD ON!" 4 yelled back.

"WHAT'RE YOU DOING IN THERE?"  3 asked.

"MAKEUP!" 7 yelled.

3 was quiet for a moment.

"WHY WOULD YOU BE DOING MAKEUP FOR AN INK BATTLE!?" 3 yelled.

"WE'RE SINGLE AND READY TO MINGLE, 3!"  4 yelled. "WE WANT US SOME GOOD NYGES'S!"

"Okay. You have five minutes. Wrap it up, or I'll wrap it up for you." 3 sighed, walking into the living room, where she flopped on the couch.

"You okay, 3?" 8 asked.

"Yes. 4 and 7 are acting like children." 3 said. "I refuse to accept that 4 is 2 years older than me."

Eventually, 7 and 4 came out.

"Where's my beanie?" 4 asked.

"Where you left it." 3 said.

"Yeah I know THAT." 4 said.

"We are NOT starting splatfest with you two bickering." 8 said, folding her arms.

"Yeah!" 7 agreed.

"Fine. We'll get along." 3 sighed.

"Thank you. Now lets go!" 8 exclaimed.

the Agents left the apartment, and walked to the square. 

"Y'all feeling fresh out there?" Pearl asked, her mic amplifying her high voice.

"We're Off The Hook! Coming at you LIVE from the middle of Inkopolis square!" Marina said.

The splatfest theme appeared on the screen behind the pair.

"Our one year anniversary is on now! Squids versus Octopuses!" Pearl exclaimed.

"Head over to the Splatfest terminal and pick a side!" Marina said. 

"And the splatfest stages are...BLAM!" Pearl exclaimed

A picture of Camp Triggerfish appeared on the screen.

"Man, there's something magical about a campground at night!" Pearl said.

"Fire glowing. Crickets chirping. Faces splatting." Marina responded.

A picture of Piranha Pit appeared on the screen.

"PUMP IT UUUUUUUP! Lets fill the whole pit with ink!" Pearl exclaimed.

"Im going to take one of the bulldozers for a joyride!" Marina exclaimed.

The Shifty Station icon appeared on the screen.

"We made a special stage for this splatfest!" Marina happily exclaimed.

"You helped make this stage? Thats amazing, Marina!" Pearl exclaimed. 

"Until next time..." Pearl said.

"Dont get cooked, stay Off The Hook!" Pearl and Marina said, striking their signature pose.

"I wonder what the Shifty Station is." 3 said, slipping her hands into her pocket.

"Lets recharge before the splatfest!" 4 said, pumping her fist into the air.

"Sure." 3 said. "I was a little hungry anyway." 

"Yeah! Then we can play at our peak performance!" 7 exclaimed.

"A Deep Fried Shwaffle sounds good right about now..." 8 said.

The four agents walked over to the Crust Bucket.

"Whaaaaats Kraken?" Crusty Sean exclaimed.

"Hey Sean. I'll take a Galactic Seanwich, with a Blast Armor Peach ." 3 said.

"Tickets please." Sean said.

3 handed him two tickets, and Sean gave her her food.

"Thanks." 3 said. "I'll go save us a table."

"Awe, I only have a drink ticket..." 8 said sadly.

3 stopped in her tracks. She placed her food on the counter of the food truck, and began digging into her pocket. She pulled out one for a Deep Fried Shwaffle, And handed it to 8.

"What drink do you want?" 3 asked, digging in her pocket again.

"O-Oh...A Quick Jump Orange, if you have one..."

3 pulled out a drink ticket, and handed it to 8.

"Wha-" 7 began.

"HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MANY TICKETS?!?"  4 asked.

"I work overtime." 3 said, picking up her food again, and walked to a table.

Later...

8 plopped down next to 3.

"Hey 8." 3 said. "Where's 4 and 7?"

"They went to a different table. Said you had something to tell me." 8 said.

3 went a shade of red.

"Those dumbasses..." 3 thought.

"Uh...Well...hmm..." 3 stuttered.

3 sighed. She had decided it was time.

"Listen 8. I-" 3 began.

"WHATS UP INKOPOLIS!?"  A voice boomed. Loud screams were heard around the square.

3 snapped her head towards Deca Tower.

"Your squidding me..." 3 said. 

"It is I..."
