He'll be home in about 6 hours...

"Aww." The boys said in unison.

"He's gonna miss our birthday tomorrow?" Ryan asked.

"I'm afraid so." I nodded.

"Where does daddy work?" Willian asked.

"Just eat your dinner, okay?" I asked, making my plate, and sitting down with them to eat.

"Mommy?" Ryan asked.

"What?" I asked.

"What is this?" He asked, referring to what was on his plate.

I sighed "Meatloaf."

"Really?" He asked.

"Ryan just put the food in your mouth and shut up already." William said, and I almost laughed.

"William, don't say that." I said, softly giggling underneath my breath.

William shrugged and he took a piece of meatloaf and put it in his mouth.

"Mommy are you going to bake cookies for dessert?" Ryan asked, playing with his food.

"Ryan, don't play with your food."

"Mommy, I think Ryan has been mean to other kids at school." William said.

"Why?" I asked, putting a piece of meatloaf in my mouth.

"Because a kid came up to me and he pushed me over, and he called me mean! I never even seen or talked to him in my life, and he pushed me." He said, giving Ryan the look that says 'I might actually hurt you'

I looked at Ryan.

"Ryan, are you being mean to other kids at school?" I asked and he looked very guilty, and he nodded softly.

"Why?" I asked.

"I didn't think he would know that it was me." He muttered softly. (Lmao, that's what I'd do if I had a twin.)

"Ryan I think you owe that boy and William an apology." I said.

"I'm sorry William."

William picked up his napkin, and he wiped his mouth.

"Mom, can I go play?"

I looked at his plate and I wasn't empty, it still had vegetables on it.

"Wait what how did you finish eating already?" Ryan asked.

"Because I didn't keep talking like you are."

"So mommy, can I pweeasee go pway?" He asked in that voice.

"Yes you can, right after you finish eating your vegetables."

"But I don't like the vegetables! They're so gross!"

"William Tobias Hiddleston, you can't leave this table to go play until you finish that plate."

He crossed his arms and he said "Hhmphh!"

I looked at Ryan and he was eating his vegetables just fine.

In fact, he was eating them with a smile on his face.

I smiled.

Ryan is just an angel.

After a couple minutes of eating I looked over at Ryan's plate and it was empty, like it was licked clean.

Well, he probably did lick it clean, that's how kids are.

"Mommy can I go play?" Ryan asked calmly.
