As I step outside, I notice something... it feels.. off today... I step onto the concrete leading up to my school. The breeze blows onto my bare legs, making me shiver from the cold. I continue walking forward, and the doors open automatically. I walk down the hallway, this hallway is full of judging stares... stares that are directed at me. "Look at the way she dresses..." They say "Why can't she be like us...?" They say. Well, I just don't want to wear their revealing clothes. I like myself how I am.
I walk further and get more stares, but these aren't judging, they're warm. "Loriana!!!" One of them yells. I turn and smile, "Nadia!!" I say. This is my best friend, Nadia. We hug and she looks at me happily. "i finally got a Kitten!" She looks down "Nice sweater dress." She compliments. "Nice Hoodie."I returned.
We walk to our homeroom class, mrs. Hasrs class, and sit in our seats. "Students, you should know that we have a new student today." Mrs. Hasrs says as a black haired boy walks in, his green eyes giving off an odd expression. "This is Alex" She continues. "Alex, please introduce yourself." Alex nods and gives the class a smile. "My name is Alex, I am 16 years old, and I love ravens" some of the class snickered, others just smiled. There was a new person, and for them, that meant a new person to add to their groups. "You can sit over there, next to Natalie." Mrs. Hasrs said. Alex smiled at the class one more time, making some of the girls blush, and then went to sit next to the girl he had been told to.
