Ch. 1 Meeting Hanako-San

Running across nearly the entire building does take it out of you huh.

"Hey! Get back here."

You quickly turn the corner and into the girls restroom. Tripping as soon as the door closes. You can hear them as they near the bathroom.

"Where did that runt go?"
      
        "I think she went this way."

   "C'mon let's go."

The footsteps quickly vanish and you let out a sigh of relief, but that soon turns into slight fear as you hear one of the stalls creak open. You get up to investigat the third stall that had some how opened even though no one was in there.

"Whew. It was probably just my imagination," you stated with a small grin. Calmness quickly disappearing as soon as you feel a hand on your shoulder. You stiffen up when you hear a chilling voice say, "b e h i n d y o u."

"AAH!" You let out a small scream as you quickly turn and fall back on your butt.

You look back up to see the person that was behind you laughing. Wait why is there a guy in the girls restroom.

"H-hey its not that funny and aren't you guy? This is the girls bathroom," you say as you stand back up rubbing your behind a bit from falling too hard.

He chuckles a bit before asking, "Are you alright?" You get a better look at him. A translucent body, will-o-whisps, and an old school uniform. "Are you a- I'm a ghost. Seventh of the school mysteries. Hanako-San of the toilet. Pleased to meet you," he interups although it wasn't in a rude way.

"W-wait, but aren't you suppose to have a Bob cut and a red skirt," you ask. "Hmm, that stuff is outdated. You can call me Hanako-Kun if ya want," he states while holding peace signs.

He's surprisingly trendy!

"Aside from my gender, all of the stories you've heard of me were true. I will grant the wish of  who sommons me. For a price, of course. Don't you have a wish?"

"Umm, not really. I didn't even sommon you," you say as you figet with the ends of your dress. "Oh you didn't? Well, nonetheless you can still tell me your name and wish," Hanako says while holding a pencil and note pad.

"Oh, my name is (y/n) (l/n), and I'm a high school student in class 1-A! Although I don't really have a wish," you say the last part kind of sheepishly.

"Well there's gotta be something you want," he says as he floats slightly closer. "No there's just not really anything I would want. Besides if I wanted money then I could get a part time job, if I want better grades then I'll just study more, and if I wanted a relationship then I'd try to build up the courage to do so," you state with a grin.
