Celestial

~Prologue~

A tall boy lead a group of five young people out of the small, broken down shack lying under the star dotted sky in a grassy field.
They trudged through a dirt road in a tight pack quietly, and cautiously, as if not to awaken the old trees spread around them. The night continued with the dark's peaceful silence. Crickets played their songs for the moon and fireflies danced to the beautiful melody.
The silence was first broken by a girl with black and red hair. "Remind me why we're doing this", she complained scowling at her companions around her.
Ahead of her trotted another girl with long brown hair, "It's for the best! You'll see" she replied with a smile on her face.
To the right, a boy with messy hair emerged from the woods and headed towards the leader struggling to keep the pace of the taller boy. "Only a half a mile longer and we'll head towards the alley leading to the main street" he panted securing the empty satchel on his shoulder.
"Good", the leader replied looking down upon the smaller boy with a serious face, "Anything else we should be aware of?"
The smaller one glances up at his friend with a devious grin, "only a minor delay" he turned his attention back to his path where the dirt road became a hard, concrete one that lead into a small city.
