"Best in the village." Cedric smiled, taking a sip himself. Ophelia glanced up from her massive mug, noticing that he had made a moustache right above his lip with the creamy foam part of the drink, laughing to herself slightly.
"You got something there," Ophelia said, reaching over the table and lifting her finger to seem as she was about to wipe something off his lip- but she had other plans. She pressed her lip against his, his lips surprised before moving back against hers. Sucking on his top lip, the creamy butterbeer taste on her lips when she pulled away with a smack, leaning back on her chair.
Cedric ran his hand through his hair, his eyes widened. "What was that for?" he asked shyly.
"Just wanted to get the butterbeer off," Ophelia winked back. "And for the best date I've had so far."
"I really, really like you," Cedric confessed quietly so that only Ophelia could hear him, his cheeks flushing red as he said so.
"I really, really like you too, Ced" Ophelia whispered, leaning forward so that their faces were almost touching.
"God, Ophelia," Cedric groaned when she inched forward more, teasing him. "You're killing me."
Ophelia smirked, drawing back to gulp down the rest of her butterbeer. "Well, if you're done with your drink, we can head back to your dorms-" Ophelia was cut off by Cedric choking on the butterbeer. "If you don't choke to death before you do." Cedric downed the rest of the drink, putting a few galleons on the table, thanking a curly haired woman in her middle ages that Ophelia guessed to be Madam Rosmerta politely before pulling Ophelia out of the pub.
