My name is Cello Siberius and I am an omega demon. One of the few nice(er) ones actually. I'm about 5'7" with longer white hair and pastel blue eyes with white pupils. I had two ridged horns that poked out of the top of my head that were about five inches in length. Those were white as well with my tail which also had a ridged arrow head at the tip. My skin is abnormally pale but that's because I lack all of the pigment in my skin so all the color I did have which was the blue in my eyes and the blue freckles on my skin were all silvery and light.
Normally a demon's base pigment is black with darker colored things like eyes and body markings. But there are few like me that have less pigment than others or no pigment at all.
Today was a special day for me. I started a new job at a human café. I was very excited that they had made an acceptation for me. You see, it was a cat café so they roamed about and I would never even dream of hurting one so they let me work here on top of being nicer than usual.
My uniform consisted of a black polo with two pawprints at the shoulder and a nametag. The pants I wore didn't matter so I had bleach washed skinny jeans with zippers down the sides to the knee.
It was only about twenty minutes from my apartment so I could walk but I wanted to be there kind of early so I had taken the bus.
I was pretty used to the stares I get in public, being an anomaly like myself. I'm pretty cool to look at, I like to think.
When I got there there were two humans, one sweeping the floor and another who was feeding the cats.
"Uhm, hi?" I said shyly after walking in through the door.
"Are you Cello Siberius?"
"Really you idiot can't you see he's wearing the uniform?" The other bickered at him.
"Oh! I'm sorry!" This human was taller than me with dyed bright red hair and glasses. "My name's Jack." He reached a hand out which I took gently in fear of using too much strength and hurting him
"I'm Anna," this human was vey short and had a bigger waist. She had rich brown hair, like chocolate and honey colored eyes. They almost looked like a demonic trait- "Oh yeah I'm part demon like you!"
She noticed me staring, crap.
"Oh it's fine don't worry about it. Most people like to stare at me because i'm part human."
"People s-stare at me too. Because I have no color like they do." I muttered.
"That's just fine. Alright let me show you the ropes, Jack finish cleaning the floors before the place opens." It was only 9am right now. She showed me how to use the register and said that It would be my main job to make drinks. I could do that. My previous job at a club had me some experience. I quit because of the harassment I got after people found out I was an omega.
When I was done wiping down all the tables, Jack said I could get to know the cats since they'd be here everyday like me. So far the only ones taking interest in me were both black and the long hair one was named Midnight. The short hair had green eyes rather than amber and it's name was Cosmo.
"Well that's not patronizing or anything. Having both black cats like you." Anna said to me.
"It's fine. I had a cat as a kid actually and she was black too." I replied, stroking Midnight's long fur and Cosmo batted my hand away with his paw and making me pet him.
"Alright the lot of you. We're open now. Thanks for finishing the floors Jack." He gave her a mock salute and I laughed at bit at him.
This is going to be a fun job.
