Misaki's POV

So where were we? Oh yes, Akihiko hit me... Anyway, I was terrified to face him again. How could I not be? He said he would never intentionally hurt me. But was he aware that he did?

I eventually had to suck up my feelings and just go out there. But there he was. Sitting on the couch, reading a book. "Oh, you're awake... How's you're lip? It looked pretty busted." He said.

'What,' I thought to myself, 'he knew that he hurt me? But... Why would he do this?' I felt the tears coming up to my eyes, but refused them to fall out.

"Wait. You... you remember?" I said. My voice... It... It was shaking.

"Of course. I was never really drunk. You were just so needy to be helpful! It was really getting on my nerves." He said annoyed. Like it was my fault!

"What?! How could you do this!?" I was furious. I wasn't thinking. He was no longer the man I love, he was the person that gave me a busted lip. "I thought YOU said that you would NEVER hurt me intentionally!!" I could see him getting angry, but I didn't care. "I-I... I HATE YOU! YOU SELFISH BASTARD!" I instantly regretted those words.

He pushed down to the ground causing me to slide back on the wall too. I was crying. 'Why would he do this again? Doesn't he love me? I thought he-' my thoughts were cut off with Akihiko saying, "you have NO right saying that you don't love me! You're going to love me... Wether you like it or not!!"

Silence. That's all there was. I saw him taking off his tie. I was about to ask him why but he said, "take off your clothes."

"What?" I said while blushing. "Take off your clothes, we're going to have sex NOW." He said as-a-matter-of-factly.

"S-stop being like this! I'm going to my room." I said standing up. But while I was walking, he turned me around and lifted me up, taking me to his room. Only it wasn't with the same kindness and love as before

I was sitting up the bed as Akihiko was sleeping when I just realized something. He just raped me... I said stop before, but this time I really meant it. I put on some underwear and pants and quickly went to the restroom. And what I saw terrified me.

Bruises. All around my body. All I could do was cry. I've never cried like this since my parents died. All there was, was one thought stuck in my head, 'How could you...?'
