to the girl

To the girl who saved me perhaps can't say that you breathed air into my lungs, when i couldn't breathe;

Or that you gave me a vital organ that i desperately needed.

But i can say without any doubt in my mind, that you saved me from myself.

You have shown me what it is to have acceptance and compassion.

You could not give me what i've lost,or what i could never have.

But you told me what is life.

Despite these short comings, you've taught me to accept myself as a human.

You forced me to drop my facade so i could heal.

I may still be learning to those things you have shown me, but i can say now, without a silver of doubt that even if you didn't restart my heart,

You have saved my soul.
