After escaping the shitty puppeteer and his family of crazed lunatics, we had met up with nearl. The doctor explained me to her without saying my name. I've been handling support from The back. Nearl thinks I'm dead. . .well I would be if Emperor didn't find me out of coincidence... wonder if they're getting shot at again?

-mean while at P.L-
They were in lungmen, once again getting shot at by the mafia. . .

-back to Rhodes island-

Y/n(in head):Probably getting shot at by the mafia again, hope they don't crash emperor's stuff again. . .

Y/n:Are those...*begins throwing projectile arts at falling debris* Take cover the catastrophe is here!

Everyone dove for cover heeding his advice. Before he took to cover himself he wielded his sword like a staff casting defensive arts around the group, a sniper from reunion shot at him before getting crushed.

He managed to deflect it last second. But not before the bolt hit his mask thus cracking it. He cursed under his breath and took cover with nearl to weather out the initial onslaught of the catastrophe.

Y/n: Damn...originium meteor shower, eh not as bad as tetris on steroids.

-Nearl pov-

Nearl(in head):Why does he seem so familiar?

Nearl: Excuse me? But do I know you

???(Y/n): Eh!? Oh well, better than being the densest anime protagonist ever.

She was confused, as to why he said that, he rose his hand to his face un-hooking the weird mask, with a small release of oxygen, she saw it was an airtight mask. When the mask came off she realized who she was looking at just by staring into his eyes
(The mask will stay off, unless you want to keep it on like a Japanese fox mask, Kitsune)

Nearl: Y/n. . .I-Is that you? It can't be, th-they said you died.

Tears dripped off her face showing the sorrow she experienced

???: I'm. . .sorry, but he's...Gone, we got separated by an explosion. Only his weapon was left from the destruction.

-Y/n pov-

Y/n: Nearl. . .I'm not disappearing ever, I'm your little brother, and you're my big sister. Family, right? Have a little faith in this lost soul. Please?

Nearl: *hugs Y/n* Al-alright. I-I'll try to have more faith, I just. .worry

Y/n: Looks like the catastrophe is slowing, let's get ready to move. Reunion isn't going to give up, they have numbers and morale. Besides with the attention of two leaders the rest will follow.

Nearl: Ok, you know I still have your weapon, right?

Y/n: You do!? I thought they would've confiscated it and given it to another guy!?

Nearl: Um...I kind have resigned from being a knight and took the sword in the middle of the night. And sort've went from palce to place until I met some people who I stayed with until we contracted at Rhodes island

Y/n: Haha!? Really!? Would've never have thought the Beautiful Paladin, would give up being a knight, let alone act as a thief!

Nearl: I-idiot!

Dr.Yumi(background): let's get moving before reunion catches up!

Before nearl could respond. Y/n hugged her and got up to join the group, and his suspicions were correct. Reunion already had started regrouping with more members inbound.

Y/n: I want most of the defenders up front! Snipers support the defenders guards will do hit and run, medics in the middle casters surround the medics! We're rushing through to the extraction! Dr.Yumi stay with the medics, ace upfront with the defenders, dobermann and nearl in the back make sure they can't group up!

Everyone was surprised at the sudden commands, yet took formation.

Y/n: Casters! Bombard them, snipers don't let them get close! On my count we're charging through! Guards upfront!

The casters and snipers did their jobs disorienting the mob

Y/n: 3. .2. .1 Go!!

The defenders pushed the mob back as the guards attacked  medics keeping up barely, but they managed to break through.
