☆◇Chapter.5: Instincts◇☆

Start from the beginning

I hadn't even realized that I was taking different turns and walking by multiple people on my journey. I guess I had the string to thank since it was probably the only working force that was guiding me safely (before truck-kun could do anything-).  Anyways, I then witnessed many students heading into the school. It looked like a regular, normal, school day...until...I heard multiple girls shrieking into one direction. As soon as I heard, my head shot towards the school gates to then see Oikawa there with a group of his fans. He looked kind of tired himself while trying to deal with them, which made me feel kind of sorry for him. I could tell he was trying his best to stay awake (*sane*) and calm everyone else in the process of doing so.

I tried thinking of ways to get through to him, but he kept on conversing with the ladies (simps-).

'I...I wonder why he's my favourite character again?' I then sighed and scrunched my nose showing my distress.

Before I decided to hide behind one of the cars parked in front of the school, Iwaizumi caught my eye as he started to walk towards Tooru. I was relived that he was there so that I could possibly get his attention more easily, but at the same time, I felt my string tugging me towards the crowd.

"NOT NOW, NOT NOW PLEASE!" I screeched as it brought me closer, and closer.

I decided that this time, I was going to try to do something about this. Rather than letting it pull me towards Tooru, I instead tried guiding myself towards Iwaizumi. To my surprise, it didn't stop me. Maybe it was because I was able to pull the threat away before it actually reached for its' prey. Well regardless of the reason, as soon as I approached him, I thought that things were in control until the string then forced me to grab onto his arm and my legs started to sprint the other direction! I had no control and it had felt as if the warm rush that washed over my body was going to explode! We ran so fast (to the point we were both panting) and pretty far from the school.  I felt horrible seeing the state that he was in, but then soon took that back as soon as he started talking.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR! HOW DO YOU EVEN RUN THAT FAST!" he bickered as I rubbed the back of my head.

"I...I'm sorry.... I never intended for that to happen."

"WHAT THE HECK DO YOU MEAN BY THAT-"

"OKAY PLEASE CALM DOWN AND HERE ME OUT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!" he then sighed and crossed his arms trying not to showcase how tired he was.

"Okay look, I'm very sorry about that and I really did not mean for that to happen. If anything, you could just call that an...instinct?"

"An instinct? Why, or rather, HOW would you have an instinct that would require you to drag me 10,000km away from my school while running at the speed of both light, and Oikawa's fangirls!!" he seemed so distressed as he tried delivering both his feelings, and a piece of his mind (which was really cute, ngl)!

Before I could even try to think of an explanation, I burst into laughter hearing him talk about Oikawa like that. He sounded exactly like my mother, and plus, the concept it self was so hilarious! I loved their chemistry and was glad to see that he was still talking about Oikawa regardless of his presence not being here. I could tell he was confused for a second, but once he caught on, he couldn't help but let his laugh run wild as well.

"HAHAHAHA!! OKay-oKay-calm down! calm...down," he stated bluntly.

"I-I okay, okay," I wiped my tears away after hearing him say that.

"You know, I'm kind of surprised you didn't whip your bag at me or something. Most of his fan girls generally do that."

"Who said I was one of them?" I pouted jokingly as he cocked an eyebrow.
