☆●|| Chapter.Four: Daichi ||●☆

Start from the beginning

"Really?"

"Yeah, what makes you think that?"

"Because of Tanaka and Noya." You whisperer to yourself as he looked at you confused.

"Sorry, what did you say?"

"I...nothing," he then smiled and extended his hand.

《(Y/n) P.O.V》

"I'm Sawamura Daichi. The captain of the volleyball team, and you?"

"I'm (L/n) (Y/n). You can just call me (Y/N) though."

"Okay, I guess you can call me Daichi then. Now (Y/N), mind telling me how the heck you got in here without the key?" He said with a serious tone as I stood there wondering what to say.

'Okay, gotta think here. I did tell Ukai sensei that I was attending Aoba Josiah, so I guess I could kind of twist my words? Oh, I know what to do,' I then looked at him straight in the eye, and bowed.

"I'm really sorry about this! You see, I'm actually a transfer student from Tokyo, Nekoma and I'm very new here. I'm a friend of the volleyball captain, Kuroo, and I'm supposed to start attending Aoba Josiah in a couple of days. The reason why I decided to come was because my grandparents had settled down here and I was supposed to stay with them for a while. Problem is, they passed away not too long ago, and because of that their property was taken down. I was only informed of this when I got here because of the fact I hadn't seen them in so long. My papers also weren't sorted out since I needed some help when it came to their adress and such.

I got in here from the back. I was given the password because I'm also a photographer that takes pictures for the Volleyball team. Sometimes I like getting natural and easy going pictures of the players. So I found that taking photos from afar might be easier for both the team and I and requested for the combinations. The principles seemed okay with it, and gave it to me."

Okay, now these are the reasons why this conclusion would be the most logical to use.

#1. Saying that I was from Nekoma was pretty useful because of the fact that I know somewhat about the school, and the Nekoma team. If he did question me and my efforts, I would be able to answer. Although, I doubt he would be able to ask much because of the fact that he doesn't know the area quite well himself.

#2. Saying I was Kuroo's friend was a good move. They're not exactly close and it looks as if Daichi isn't one to ask a favour/question from Kuroo because of their encounters.

#3. I couldn't lie ( A.N: even though you are rn) and just tell him I was coming here. I had told Ukai that I was going to Aoba Josiah and he would probably question my appearance if I started attending Karasuno.

#4. I guess I wasn't lying about my grandparent(s)? Well, great, great, great, great, great, I think you get the point grandparent. They were here once, but just ended up leaving. Also, the house thing...I guess that was a lie. If he did need physical proof for it, I could probably find a way, plus, maybe Daichi could even help me out with paper work when it comes to registration.

#5. Telling him I was a photographer was perfect because of the fact I had my camera and photo album to even showcase some of my works. I wasn't the best, but I was better than average and could probably get the job done.

#6. It doesn't look like the principal is solely around the volleyball club. So I don't think he will question the principal, but if he does, I'll have to arrange something with him before he does so.

I then looked at Daichi. His face seemed as if he wanted to trust me, but at the same time, he was also somewhat weary of my actions. To be honest though, I would probably think the same if I was in his shoes. I mean, I just did casually drop in here and decided to call the gym my room for the night, not only that, but I was a complete stranger he had just met.
