In the 1990s, Both The United States and The Soviet Union were competing to see who can create a human that can control the elements. But a year later the Soviet Union dissolved and Russia abandoned the project since it was a waste of money in which case The United States followed the same path and abandoned the E.P.P. project.
Few years later US spy's found out that the Russians had started the project again in 2015 and only had one human that can control the powers of ice, earth(rock) and fire and his name was Rasputin. So for 5 years the United States created 5 super humans called the elementals. On the first year they tested a 15 year old called Ray who's element was earth(rock). On the second year they tested on a 14 year old named Ace who's element was fire. On the third year they tested on another 14 year old named Frost who had the power of ice. On the last 2 years they tested on 13 year old twins Mark and steven which powers were water and lighting. These 2 were trouble makers and never listened to commands on training making them unable to control their powers correctly.
When Russia found out that the United States had a full on elemental team they sent Rasputin to take care of them. But the mission failed and Rasputin disappeared. The United States found out that an attack was sent so They declared war on Russia sending the elementals to underground capsules in Mexico so Russia couldn't kill them. Sadly no country survived the war since it became a nuclear war in which left the places that got nuked(Russia, United States China, Great Britain, parts of Europe Asia and South America)looking like endless deserts.
