Ah, would you look at that, another Ultimate OC. I told y'all I have a bunch of them. Anyways...Seiko and Gin (the next OC) may or may not have been based off of two other characters from another fandom that I love to death and ship together...oh, who am I kidding, they totally are

Style: She tends to wear her work clothes even when not in the lab; sometimes, she has to be reminded to remove lab coats lest she trace chemicals around the school; underneath the lab coats and safety goggles she always has with her somehow, though, she tends to wear just jeans and T-shirts, occasionally a sweatshirt if it's cold outside; she has a favorite pair of black converse that she wears pretty much all the time
Personality: She comes off at first glance as insensitive and apathetic, but she just has trouble expressing her emotions; she genuinely cares for her friends and will always put whatever she's doing aside to help them out; she's extremely smart and has a tendency to ramble on about her projects while everybody else is just standing there in confusion; overall, she's a total sweetheart and an incredibly kind, caring friend, but you wouldn't be able to tell at first glance
Background: Growing up with her single dad who worked a lot, she had to learn how to be independent from a young age; she has a good relationship with her father and loves him, even if he's away from home a lot for business and stuff; if she ever gets lonely, Gin will come over to keep her company, sometimes spending the night as well; her mother had never really been around; her father says that she died in a car accident when Seiko was still just a newborn baby, and he simply never remarried
Other: She and Gin went to middle school together and were best friends until third year, when Gin confessed that she had a crush on Seiko; Seiko accepted the confession, and they started dating; the next year, they were both chosen for Hope's Peak and attended together as a couple
