The shocked males glanced at each other, sharing a look of mixed horror and concern.

"Fight later," Iwaizumi said.

"Run now," Ushijima agreed. Then they simultaneously turned and sprinted for the hotel.

"Why are you coming?" Wakatoshi grunted, panting for breath.

"Tooru's in there! We're on vacation!" Hajime gasped out. "Why are you?"

Wakatoshi's eyes widened. "That's where Satori and I are staying!"

They stopped in front of the hotel, gasping for breath. They stared. Flames crowned the building, creating an unholy halo against the setting sun. There was a giant, gaping hole in the top floor. The explosion had taken out the roof. The middle levels appeared untouched, but even as they watched, flames streaked down the sides of the hotel. Sirens sounded in the distance, but not quickly enough. Crashes came from the hotel. Fire roared, making it nearly impossible to hear.

The aces ran to the front door, but hotel staff pushed them away. "No one is allowed in!" They told the wing spikers.

"What!?" Ushijima and Iwaizumi exclaimed.

"It's too dangerous! We think chemicals started the fire! If you go up there, you'll die!" Hajime's hands clenched into fists, but Wakatoshi pulled him back. Hajime glared at him.

"We can't just leave them in there!" Iwaizumi yelled.

"And we're not going to!" Ushijima replied into Iwaizumi's ear. "Come with me! We'll climb in a window so we don't have to fight the fire and hotel staff!" Hajime nodded and they ran around the side of the building, matching each other stride for stride. They saw a window. Iwaizumi held up three fingers. Ushijima nodded. He put one finger down, then two. On three, the two aces punched the window as hard as they could.

Their combined force knocked the window clean off it's hinges. It fell to the floor inside the unoccupied room. Glass shattered everywhere. Wakatoshi ran forward and jumped onto the windowsill, landing on his belly and rolling onto the floor. He stood up and looked at Hajime. He attempted to do the same thing, but his shorter stature made him crash into the wall instead. He growled and prepared to try again.

Wakatoshi threw a desk beside the wall inside the room and stood on it. He leaned out the window and extended his arms. "Grab my hands! I'll pull you up!" He told the spiky haired male. Iwaizumi didn't hesitate. He jumped as high as he could and caught Ushijima's hands. Ushijima pulled him up, muscular arms straining to lift Iwaizumi's weight. His belly scraped across the windowsill. Wakatoshi leaned back too far and they fell off the desk, landing in a heap. Hajime was on top, his hands behind Wakatoshi's back in a fruitless attempt to cushion their fall. Realizing their position, Iwaizumi scrambled off him, red dusting his cheeks.

He winced. Shards of broken glass dug into his palms. He grimaced and ripped out most of the pieces, ignoring the pain. Hajime looked at Wakatoshi. Bloody rips littered the back of his shirt. A grimace lined his face. "Turn around!" Iwaizumi yelled over the unseen fire. "I've got most of the glass out of my hands, I'll get the glass out of your back!" Ushijima did so.

Hajime reflexively winced at the state of his back, but grabbed the biggest shards and yanked them out. Wakatoshi grunted in pain. He had to hurry; their two boyfriends were still inside, but they knew they needed full use of their bodies to get them out. He finished and threw the last shard on the floor.
