It was a long drive but we finally got there, my new school. Kelly, my little sister could have followed me but she had to go to a birthday party and my dad had a meeting to attend as usual so my mum took me instead. I was carrying my luggage out of the car trunk and at the same time watching my mum ball her fists, it was starting to make me uncomfortable.
"Mom, are you still worried?"
"Worried? No, I know you're gonna fit in, right?" My mum said trying to convince me
"Mum, nice try but that's not gonna work," I said hitting my fists on her shoulder,"Your really worried by the way you look, you might not want to believe but just so you know, I'll be alright."
"But, what if you don't find the right friends?"
"Mum, look at the school, You see how big it is? I'm pretty sure there's a lot of friends I could make," I said watching her nod
"I guess you're right, I'll miss you though Coco,"
"Yeah I know, You know what mom? I'll call you everyday," I said
"That sounds great and please tell me if you get bullied," she said removing the strand of her hair on her face.
"Sure mum, I'll get going now, love you mum," I yelled waving my hand at her and pulling my luggage.
"Love you too Coco," she said watching me run into the school.
I guess this is it, my new school, new life, new home and new friends, I'll really miss mum and dad, and most especially Kelly my younger sister.
I checked in and walked over to my dormitory
It was a really huge building surrounded by other similar buildings with six storeys painted in silver and purple and a loads of students walking around, the environment was healthy though, with trees and there was a road leading to the other dormitories probably the male dormitory.
I entered into the dormitory I was sure I was supposed to be in and I had to sign in with my card. I went to my dorm room and knocked but no one replied so it was definitely empty, I opened the door to meet my new room more beautiful than I expected

Cream and pink painted wall with three beds, two vertically facing the door and the third on laying parallel to the wall and a drawer in the middle of each bed. On the other side of the room there were three chairs and tables and a pink carpet on the floor, then a large rectangular mirror next to the table. As I was starting at the room, my gaze stopped at a brunette girl wearing headphone in an oversized sky blue tshirt and blue jeans who was also staring at me, a few seconds later she said,"Are you gonna say anything or we're just gonna keep staring?"
"Sorry, I'm Chloe Quinn," I said
"Isabella Knight," She said bringing out her apple laptop.
"I like your outfit," I said looking at her outfit and messy bun

"Yes, I do."
Isabella went on unpacking and so did I , minutes later, she was already done, she went over to one of the three tables, put a small blue table cover, her laptop and plugged it in. I'm guessing her favorite color is blue.
She continued on her laptop as I continued to unpack not long after we heard something hit the door.
"Did you hear that?" Isabella said removing her headphones
"Yep, I'll check it out," I said going to get the door, I opened the door and met a black girl about to knock.

"Hi, I'm Robyn James, tried to kick the door open but it was locked," She said dusting her jacket
"Why?" I asked
"Grand entrance? Never mind I probably sound stupid now," she said walking over to the empty bed.
She's a weird person by first expression
Just about then, I remembered I wanted to call my mum,
'Heyy mum, I already checked in and I'm in my dorm room,'
'Oh great! Met your roommates yet?'
'Yes, both of them,'
'Have you talked to any of them?'
'Yes mum, I have,'
'I really hope you fit in,'
'Mum it's getting annoying that your worrying too much, I'll be fine,'
'Alright hun, call me if you need anything, miss you,'
'Miss you too, bye,' I said hanging up the phone.
I took a book I kept on the top of my locker and started to read, but i finally get asleep.
"Loey! Loey! It's lunch time," was the first thing I heard
"Loey?"
"Yes, get up" she said tapping me
"Oh," I said getting up
"I recommend fixing your hair it's a mess," Robyn said
I groaned as I got up to tie my hair in a messy ponytail
