Vincent - "I'm kidding."

Jacob - "Don't toy with Darryl's emotions like that, he probably got so excited."

In all honesty, if he did go bald I would've laughed at him a little from all the times he called ME bald. Which I'm still not happy about.

Vincent - "No but seriously. He's definitely gotten a tiny bit stronger."

Jacob - "What, does he have giant muscles or something?"

Vincent - "Kind of."

Jacob - "Oh jeez I thought you were kidding."

Vincent - "They aren't much, but Zak never had muscles before, so, this is new."

Darryl - "I just hope he doesn't turn evil or anything."

Jacob - "Yeah, you'd probably go into a long life depression if he did Darryl."

Jacob was right. I wouldn't be able to keep myself together if he turned evil.

Vincent - "Let's just continue to watch him to see if anything else happens. If it does, then we'll figure out how to get him back to normal again."

Darryl - "Promise?"

Vincent - "I promise."

George - "Can we come back inside now?"

Vincent - "Yeah. Just let Zak rest so don't bother him."

We all nodded and headed inside.

Once I stepped inside I glanced at Zak who was on the couch with a blanket over him. He looked fairly normal. I sighed and walked over to the kitchen and sat down on the floor.

Jacob - "What are you doing?"

Darryl - "I don't know..."

Jacob - "You're worried about Zak, right?"

Darryl - "Yeah."

Jacob - "I'm a bit worried as well. I think we all are. We just have to hope for the best, since there is nothing you can really do."

Darryl - "It sucks that neither of us had any special power. I guess Zak was just a lucky muffin."

Jacob - "Yeah, it sucks not having powers."

Darryl - "I really hope everything somehow works out in the end."

Jacob - "So do I."

I heard Jacob mumble something but I couldn't make out what it was.

Darryl - "What'd you say?"

Jacob - "Oh, nothing."

Darryl - "You're definitely hiding something."

Jacob - "Oh am I now?"

I knew Jacob was trying to brush it off like it was nothing, so I asked him again.

Darryl - "You are not telling me something, so tell me."

Jacob - "What do I have to hide?"

Darryl - "I don't know!"

Jacob - "Exactly. I'm not hiding anything."

Darryl - "Whatever, I'll figure it out soon."

Jacob - "Sure."

I watched as he walked away from me. I needed to know what he was hiding! I could tell something isn't right, I just have this feeling.

I stood up and looked around making sure nobody was watching. When I saw the coast was clear, I headed towards the front door, opening it and heading outside.

Right now one of the only things I wanted to do was just sit here, feeling the nice calming breeze on my face. Everything was so stressful, especially the fact that Zak-.

What was that?

I heard a roar in the forest nearby. It was still dark out so I pulled out my phone and turned on my flashlight and decided I should go into the forest to see what that strange noise was.

I walked towards it. Clay might be there... But that sound...

I began running towards the forest. That couldn't be Clay. I just know it.

I run past all the trees not sure where I'm heading. I hear it again! The roar.

Before I could think I felt something push me and just like that I fell onto the ground. I looked back up to see what it was. It wasn't Clay... It was a younger boy. I couldn't see well in the dark.

Darryl - "H-hello?"

The boy growled and leapt off of me and ran away. I tried to follow, but he was too fast. I wonder who that was.

I turned around heading back to Zelk's place thinking about the strange encounter. Who, or what was that? He seemed so familiar.

I glanced upwards and pointed my flashlight at them.

Jacob - "What are you doing?"

He seemed a bit angry, I wonder why.

Darryl - "I heard a sound and I followed it."

Jacob - "You could've gotten killed!"

I glanced at him, he was right. I shouldn't have been so stupid. I sighed and walked past him and back towards the house.

On my way there I heard a quiet: "Sorry." Come from Zelk.

Everything is so confusing. I need to figure these things out soon, I must know.
