"Daddy I want to go on the ferris wheel please daddy please" I said whilst giving daddy puppy dog eyes
"Okay my little princess let's first get some cotton candy how about that" daddy said
"Yeyyy let's get cotton candy then the ferris wheel okay"
"Okay pumpkin wha-..." then we heard gun shots people screaming and everyone started running in fear
"Rayah run!"daddy said but I didn't know where to go I started running and looked back to see daddy get shot five times in the chest.
"Daddyyyyyy!!!" I cried as I went back to his lifeless body the people shooting had already run away I cried and cried hoping he would wake up
"Daddy please wake up. Wake up daddy" I cried till I heard ambulance sirens I assumed somebody called the police too.
They took him away in a stretcher and into the back of the ambulance. I sat there beside him hoping he'd wake up and tell me everything is okay but he didn't.
We reached the hospital and he was taken in ICU whilst I sat in the waiting room. Two hours later I saw a nurse and two other people, a man and a woman dresses in suits walking towards me
The nurse looked at me with pity in her eyes "sweetie your dad could not manage to stay here with you he has gone to a better better place somewhere where no one can hurt him" I just looked at her and she continued " since you are a little angel these people you see behind me they are here to take you to another home because you can't stay alone they will get in contact with your other relative and see who is closest so that you stay with them till you turn 18 okay sweetheart" I just looked at her and nodded my head
Dreams over
I woke up from a dream I've been having for the past 10 years a dream that has haunted me for the longest.
I sat up on my small bed and stretched my small self then stood up to open a window. It was 6 30 in the morning which meant I had two hours to get ready for school.
I enter the bathroom I'm my room which I'm so happy I have and brush my teeth whilst waiting for the water to get hot. When I saw steam I entered the shower and scrubbed myself and stayed in for like 15min then rinsed off.
I got out the shower moisturised my skin and went to my closest to pick and outfit for today which was a a half shirt white champions hoodie, and some ripped jeans.
I was satisfied with my look and then started doing my hair I just tied my curly rich natural hair in a sleek ponytail and layer my edges. When I was done I got my black and white checkered vans sprayed some Victoria secret got my book bag phone and charger and went out of my room.
Ever since that tragic incident I've been staying with my rude aunt and her fast daughter. Don't get me wrong I'm thankful for her taking me in cause if she refused I would be in foster care but she doesn't like me at all for who knows what reason always passing remarks about how I should have died and not my daddy. Aunt Sasha is my mother's half sister. She reminds me every day how no body wants even my own mother left me I never really try and talk back cause she would smack me straight in the face and I don't want that. Her daughter who is my cousin, Sienna is always making fun of how small I am compared to her and other girls I have a small petite body whilst she had the thick bomb body.
That's how she gets people to sleep with her for small money. One time she slept with one of the teachers for a good grade just thinking of it makes me gag.
Well I reached the kitchen and looked around aunt Sasha was asleep on the couch with a beer bottle on the floor and Sienna must be waking up now. She never wakes up early
I got an apple and some orange juice from the fridge and a granola bar to eat whilst walking to school. Whilst I was putting everything in my bag Sienna walked in to the kitchen looking like she fought a tiger the previous night I chuckled at that thought
"What are you laughing at skinny ass bitch huh?" She said and I just walked away from her can't deal with her stupid cussing self in the morning it's to early.
Classes would start in the next thirty minutes which gave 15min to walk there and another 15min to get settled in early for my first class which is AP math. Forgot to mention I'm a senior in my final year can't wait to graduate and I'll be turning 18 soon so I'll be able to move out of this annoying house.
I started to think about all the fun I could have if my aunty and cousin treated me differently and didn't even realise I was already at school. I walked in and went straight to my locker got my math book and headed to class.
In school I only have one friend okay she very different from me she is thick beautiful and popular while I'm thin small and nobody notices me. When she isn't around her friends she is a good friend until her friends come along one of her friends is Sienna and for some reason she always laughs at me when Sienna makes rude comments about then when it's just us two she says she just laughs be Sienna os just " funny "
Neisia my only friend is also fast like the other girls at this school she has been with almost every guy in this school she says she's just having fun and I should join the fun but that's just nasty
I know y'all are thinking she is fake and all but she is the only one who actually likes talking to me without passing rude comments......... well that when her friends aren't around but still.
As I walk to my class I see Rashad Smith usually known as Rara or Ash I wonder if some people even know his name well I hear he is a drug dealer or something like that and he rude as hell he is feared in these streets and everywhere else girls fly left and right to just hi to him he is the definition of player he hits and dips but girls still follow him like lost puppies.
I was so deep in thought that I didn't realised I walked into a wall.. and hard wall it smelt good the wall made a sound and realised I bumped into
Well y'all I just wrote the first chapter of this book don't know if it was interesting enough or not
