I don't want to wake up, and I don't want to go to prison. Unfortuanally that's not happening. I get up, and put on one of the hoodies Tia Carly got for me. I also put on the new shoes Chris got me for Christmas. Which were some Adidas. Then I just put my Adidas pants.

After that I just put my hair flipped to the side. Like always. I walked out, and I heard snoring from the kitchen. Chris had told me he was driving me to school today, but I need to leave like now. I go to his room. "Dad! Wake Up!" I say through his door. I hear a groan. "Dad! I gotta go! I don't wanna go! But I have to!"

The door opened to a grumpy Evans. He was dressed in sweats and a t-shirt. Still had bed head. He grabbed his shoes, and slipped them on, meanwhile grabbing his jacket. Still looking on auto pilots. I hand him his coffee to go cup, with the coffee inside. I also grab my coffee. He grabbed his keys, and out the door.

I haven't seen Maisol or Mike in person in 3 weeks. So that is the only motivation I have toward going to school. Also that today we are finding out who wins the short story contest. Which I still haven't told Chris about.
I was about to open the door, when he locked it. "Dad...?" He freaking smirked.

"Okay. You really have no problems with grades, since you literally have all A's in your classes, but try getting no detention." I smiled. "I think we both know teachers don't like me, so if I say anything sarcastic at all to anyone, I will probably get detention." He hummed, and nodded. "Try." I gave him a reassuring smile.

"Alright give me my hug, and I'll let you go." I chuckled meanwhile going to hug him, and kissed him on the cheek. "Bye dad!" I said meanwhile shutting the door. I walked into the School, and went straight to my locker. Marisol and Mike had there lockers 20 down from me.

I saw them meanwhile getting my stuff in and out. We all walked to first period together, where we all still sit together. "Mike?" He looked at me. "How's Halloween Boy?" He blushed like crazy, and Marisol nudged me, and started luaghing at her brother.

"He's good. He took me out yesterday for our 2 monthaversary. The 6th." I chuckled. "Marisol how are you in the boyfriend department?" She scoffed. "Yeah I'm still single." I smiled and put my arm around her. "You and Me both."

We laughed as the late bell started indicating class actually started.

I am so glad I have basically all my boring classes with my friends. So we could entertain each other. Mike and I talk alot during lessons, but don't really get caught because sign language. At lunch everyone that wrote a story, had to report to a room.

I took Marisol and Mike with me, for fun. We all headed to the drama room, Mike and Marisol were allowed because they are in drama club. Meanwhile I don't really do clubs. The drama teacher was the one choosing the short story.

We all took a seat on the floor, with 20 other students. "Now this was a very hard choice, but there was one story that kept me captivated the whole entire time." She took a long pause smiling at all of us. I personally really like Ms.Davis. She has so many stories. She had red hair fading white at the roots.

She 63, and she is amazing. I know because I come to Mike and Marisol's rehearsals for fun, and often help her out. She started talking again. "Don't be disappointed if you didn't win. You are all liked by me, and most of you are in at least one of the my classes. Only like 2 of you aren't, but I still know about you." She took a breath.

"Okay well. This story had many meanings. It was fiction, but still had hints of cruel reality." Everyone start murming about who it was. "Reality many of us don't consider, but also had happier moments letting it be worth it at the end. The winner of this short story contest is.... Drum roll please."
