There is always a limit to everything in this world. Being called "cute" really started bothering her and so she started to make it a point to hide away in life. Bethany was sick and tired to death by now in her late 20's being called "cute". It was as disgusting to her as some pervert commenting on her figure *coughs* upper chest *cough* not that extreme she would admit yet it was close to it.
Bethany was 5 foot one also chubby and her voice was akin to a teenager or younger *winced internally* it wasn't fair as it was the cause of bullying back in high school. Flashbacks of those wonderful memories were nice to drink down and hit on the red button of "UNPLEASANT" but enough of the bad.
The good things of being called cute where few but it was still a good thing to have pro instead of it just being cons only but life worked on those cons and made millions off of it right? Beauty not enough, figures not thin or strong enough, voices not sweet enough or some shit point is we will be enough so we have to look at all the possible pros and take it from there.
Bethany knew she had the voice of a young girl and knew it sucks to be stuck that way for life, she didn't look her age either, 26 with the face of a 21 at best and maybe 17 year old or 18 year old at most made her want to go hide in a corner to cry. Forever gonna be carded if she wanted something that needed a DL just to prove she was older than her appearance.
Sure her best friend in the world was like "consider it a benefit for the future" yeah no it was a little thing to pick at when no one was looking because come on you should be grateful of how life is no matter how it is.
Pros to being "cute" *sneers*
- Can use it against people
- Play stupid and get away with it
- Lie about your age and no one knows it's not true
- look innocent when guilty (practice it first in a mirror)
- Never get told "hot" or "ugly"
- Get hit on (or is that a con?)
Cons of being "cute" *sneers again*
- Get carded if I ever want to buy liquor
- Get carded if I want to buy a packet of cigarettes
- People will often guess the wrong age
- Voice because if you haven't noticed cute people have either squeaky voices or normal ones but mostly squeaky toy high
- Being short enough that the face matches the figure
- Gets told they're cute at least 3 times a week by friends who know you want to bite their heads off after the 4th "cute"
