Break has just started and Nishikata goes out of his classroom to find his friends Takao, Kimura and Hamaguchi sitting in the bench next to the classroom
Nishikata: Hey guys!
After greeting them, Nishikata sat down.
Kimura: So, how are you and Takagi?
Nishikata starts blushing "W- What!?"
Takao: Aww...he's blushing!
Nishikata: DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU EVERYTIME!? ME AND TAKAGI ARE NOT A THING OKAY!?
Takao: Jeez..calm down bro, we're just having a joke
Nishikata sat down and the group start chatting
Hamaguchi: So that new kid from Canada
Kimura: Yeah, what about him?
Hamaguchi: Literally all of the girls have a huge crush on him and they also keep giving him soda
Girl: Here Daniel, I think this should be a welcome gift for you
Daniel: Umm...wow thanks! I appreciate it
Takao: I'm so jealous for some reason because that guy and Nishikata always get something from girls
Nishikata spits out his drink "What!? She didn't give me anything I swear!"
Kimura: Oh yeah? What about that chocolate from Valentines Day?
Nishikata: SHUT. UP. MAN!
Kimura: Alright chill. And all I'm saying is that whoever ends up with him is gonna be lucky
*there was silence for 5 seconds
Also Kimura: So Hamaguchi, did you do something special for Hojou?
Hamaguchi starts blushing "W- What?"
Takao: C'mon man at least tell us we'll keep it a secret, we promise
Hamguchi: Ugh...fine. We sat together at a lake during the festival. There I gave you the details
Takao: That's it? You didn't *ahem* kiss?
Hamaguchi: SHUT UP!
Takao: *laughs* You're just like Nishikata aren't you? *laughs*
Hamaguchi: Oh yeah? Why don't I expose your crush to them then?
Takao stops laughing and starts becoming hesitant "Hey man, that was just a joke. Lets be cool now"
Hamaguchi: Oh yeah? Tsu-
Takao: Please man! I beg you!
Hamaguchi: ki-
Takao: I'll give you 500 yen, please just don't say it!
Hamaguchi: mo-to
Takao: NOOOOOOOOOO!!
Kimura: Tsukimoto?
Nishikata: You mean Sanae?
Kimura: Not a chance
Takao: Just shut up! Shut your mouth!
While this was happening Nishikata thinks to hinself: *sigh* Phew! That was close. Or else people are gonna think that me and Takagi-san are together.
Cut to a few hours later Yukari, Sanae and Mina head out of school after class ended and spot Takagi and Nishikata walking home
Yukari thinks to herself: *gasp* "They are walking again, I really want to follow them but they are gonna think I'm a stalker"
Mina: Let's go grab an ice cream on the way home!
Yukari: Y-yeah, sure
Yukari thinks to herself again: "I'm rooting for you Nishikata! Go for it."
Nishikata and Takagi were on their way home and there was just silence until...
Nishikata thinks to himself "She looks so cute today...for some reason I want to kiss her, she's just so pretty. If there's only one way to win against Takagi-san, I have to do it!"
Also Nishikata: Takagi-san!
Takagi felt shocked "Huh? Nishikata, is everything okay?"
Nishikata goes to closer to Takagi and puts both of his hands on her shoulders
Takagi: Nishikata, w- what are you doing?
Nishikata then whispers "I like you Takagi-san" and then....
He kisses her on lips...
