breathe out. Look at he dark blue sky that sits above your head and marvel at how beautiful it is. Try to fnd the moon nd the stars that guide the night sky. Whisper all your uncertanities out into the universe, its okay if u let he stars carry the weight of ur worries for a while When its 3 am nd you cant sleep,make a cup of coffee, grab a pen nd paper and write all he things u wish you Could Say in form of lettter nd address them to the people u had the courage to to tell. When you had done, seal them in an
envelope and keep them in the drawer. Maybe one day u will show them the words u wrote but for now, its out in the world nd thats all that matters. When you start to shiver, step back inside. when your
hand starts to cramp, stop writing. when You crawl back in bed nd try to skep. I hope u feel a little lighter.
