It's a moonless night and the woods are dark, but a walk always calms me. Even now is no exception...though I'm dragging a body behind me. Black leaves crunch under my feet as I pull dead weight behind me.

I look at her face now. Raven curls spill delicately about her concealing any blood. But, still, she looks far from peaceful. Then faster than the speed of light, black eyes flash open. My heart sinks in horror. Fuck, I'm too late.
