“I want you to create a book that can help our company's sales boost up. If not,we will be in shambles.” My manager said to me once I sat down in my desk.
That man..tsk.
“I just got here,sir.” I said as I place my things in my desk.
“I can see that,Ms. Lim. ” He sarcastically said.
“Fine. When will be the deadline of that project?” I asked.
“6 months but you need to write 1 chapter a day and send it to the editor so he can edit it then post it to the website. With that,we can observe if your publish work will be a great hit or not.” He answered.
Hmm..I never done this before. All throughout the years I've been working in this company,I only do some minimal works like one shot stories. But writing a novel? Can I do it?
“So,are you up for the challenge,Sky?” My manager asked.
“Yes.”
And with that,my adventure started.
