So Mi Young (Portrayed by Lee Sung Kyung)

So Yi Jung's younger sister. She has been away to boarding school in England since she was 8. She is a skilled painter. Every vacation when her brother visits her, they collaborate on creating art; Yi Jung creating the pottery and Mi Young painting it. The duo is quite famous for their once-a-year collaborative collections.

Her name literally translates to "smile everlasting beauty". She is very shy around new people especially boys since she has attended an all-girls school for years. She can never detect anyone's bad intentions towards her which makes the F4 protective towards her, especially Song Woo-bin.

Song Woo Bin (Portrayed by Kim Joon)

A member of the F4, his family runs the country's largest construction company, which has strong connections to the Mafia. He also likes to mess around with girls since he was hurt by a previous woman in his life. He is crazy protective and possessive of his friends and there is nothing he wouldn't do for any of them. Also, he has excellent business sense and is very charismatic.

So Yi Jung (Portrayed by Kim Bum)

A member of the F4, elder brother of So Mi Young, and a skilled potter.
His family owns the country's biggest art museum. After losing his first love to his brother, he became a Casanova. He eventually changed his playboy ways when he realized that he likes Ga Eul, Jan Di's best friend. He's a successful architect and in a relationship with GaEul.

Gu Jun-pyo (Portrayed by Lee Min-ho)

The leader of the F4, a successful businessman, and the owner of the Shinhwa Group, one of the biggest companies in South Korea. He's engaged to Geum JanDi. He has a heart of gold and does not back off once he sets his mind on something.

Yoon Ji Hu (Portrayed by Kim Hyun-joong)

A member of the F4 and the grandson of a former president of Korea. He's a doctor and the most leave headed member of the F4. Calm and gentle, his aura radiates hope to all around him.

Geum Jan Di (Portrayed by Ku Hye-sun)

A dry cleaner's daughter, who has just graduated medical school. Her name translates as "lawn/grass". Headstrong, optimistic, stubborn, and kind-hearted, Jan Di readily stands up for what's right. She's engaged to Gu JunPyo.
