Mahira - Thank you, bua. Aapne mere liye itna sab kuch kiya.

Kareena - Maine yeh sab kuch sirf tumhare liye noi apne Karan ke liye kiya hai.
Uss Preeta ne usse bahut dard diya hai uss ladki ko Karan ke aas-paas bhi nhi bhatakne dungi bas ek baar yeh shaadi ho jaaye

With her hands clasped together in front of the temple, Rakhi closed her eyes and prayed.

"Hey bhagwaan! Aaj Karan ki Mahira se shaadi hai par mujhe aisa kyun lag rha hai ki yeh jo bhi ho rha hai sab galat hai.

Kya Preeta sach bol rhi thi?

Mera dil ab bhi yeh maanne ko taiyar nhi hai ki Preeta Mahesh ji ka accident karwa sakti hai.

Mai ab sab kuch aap par chodti hu bhagwan ji! Mujhe yakeen hai aap jo bhi karenge sab accha hi karenge."

Rishabh - Mom,aap chinta mat kariye jo hoga accha hi hoga. Par mom mujhe aisa lagta hai ki Karan khush nhi hai iss shaadi se.

Rakhi - Mujhe pta hai ki chahe woh kuch bhi bol le Preeta ke baare mai,par mai jaanti hu ki woh usse kitna pyaar krta hai. Kaash ki yeh sab naa hua hota toh sab kuch kitna accha hota.

Risabh - Ab jo hoga dekha jayega.

Karan's bedroom

Karan sat on his bed, lost in thought as he gazed at Preeta's photo.

Karan - Mai yeh jo bhi kr rha hu apni khushi se noi kar rha. Tumne mujhe majboor kiya hai Preeta Arora.

Suddenly, he heard footsteps approaching and quickly hid the photo behind him as Sameer entered the room.

Sameer - Kya chhupa rhe ho bhai mujhse batao toh sahi.

Karan - kuch nhi tu jaa Sammy. Mai taiyar hoke aata hu.

Sammy - Waise bhai maine dekh liya tha aapko Preeta ki photo se baat krte hue jab bhai aap khush nhi ho toh kyu kr rhe ho yeh shaad thod do yeh shaadi.

Karan - Nhi thod skta mai yeh shaadi saari preparations ho chuki hai aur ab mai piche nhi hat sakta tu jaa yaha se.

Sameer shakes his head and leaves the room, leaving Karan alone once again.

The mandap was beautifully decorated with flowers and designs. Karan and Mahira, sat in their designated spots as they performed their wedding rituals.

Pandit ji - Ab var aur vadhu ka gathbandan kariye.

Sherlyn stepped forward to perform the ritual.

Pandit ji - Ab phero ke liye khade go jaaiye.

But before anyone could move.

"Ruk jaiye! Yeh shaadi noi ho sakti"

came a familiar voice that made everyone turn in shock.

Shocked gasps filled the air as she confidently made her way towards Karan and Mahira.

Kareena - Tum yaha ander kaise aayi. Security tumne ise andar kaise aane diya!?

Before the security guard could explain, Preeta calmly interjected,

"Arey shaant ho jaaiye meri pyaari bua mai batati hu."

She came forward unraveled the gathbandhan between Karan and Mahira causing them to share a eye lock.

Preeta - Tumne aur aap logo ne kaise soch liya ki mere pati ki shaadi iss ladki je saath karwa sakte hai?

She looked at Mahira with undisguised disgust while scathing gazes from the Luthra family bore into her back.

Mahira - Mind your words, Preeta Ar-

Preeta (interrupts her) - Mrs. Preeta Karan Luthra got it! Haan toh mai kaha thi mai, andar kaise aayi... ah yes, one moment inspector sahab, could you please come in?

And just like that... Inspector Chatur Pandey entered in the hall.

Preeta - Inspector yeh hai woh ladki jo mere pati se jabardasti shaadi krna chahti hai.

She pointed her finger accusingly towards Mahira, who was still trying to process the shock of Preeta's presence.

Kareena and Sheryln stood there in disbelief Preeta's brother-in-law.

Meanwhile, Karan was enchanted by Preeta's beauty as she stood there in a white suit, looked breathtaking.

Mahira (to Karan) - Tum kuch bol kyu nhi rhe? Yeh tumhari hone wali biwi ko itna kuch suna rhi hai aur tum tamasha dekh rhe ho.

Karan's attention snapped back to Mahira's harsh words but before he could respond, Preeta stepped in with an all-knowing smirk on her face.

Karan - Ha haan.! Woh mein keh rha tha ki... Actually mai kya keh rha tha?

Preeta stifled her laughter at Karan's flustered state.

Preeta (winking at Karan) - Ssshhh, don't worry patidev. I'll remind you later when we have some alone time. Wouldn't want to embarrass you in front of your new bride now, would we?

And with that wink Karan lost his footing and almost fell from the mandap.

But before he could land on the floor Preeta swiftly caught him and steadied him with a smug smile.

"Sambhalkar patidev. Aapko kahi lag gyi toh mera kya hoga?"

Rishabh and Sameer couldn't contain their laughter at Karan's state while he glared at them in annoyance.

Preeta - So, getting back to the point, yeh shaadi noi ho sakti.

Kareena - Kyu nhi ho sakti?

Preeta - Offo! Kitni baar batana padta aapko ki Karan, mera pati hai.

She held onto Karan's hand possessively and pulled him closer to her. Despite stumbling a little he managed to regain his balance.

And just when everyone thought the drama couldn't get any more intense.... Shrishti entered with a smug grin on her face... accompanied by a lawyer who seemed more interested in his mobile phone than the scene unfolding before him.

Lawyer - Mrs. Luthra ne jo bhi kaha sab sach hai. Legally Mrs. Preeta Luthra abhi bhi Mr. Karan Luthra ki wife hai. Under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code, agar Mr. Luthra dobara shaadi karte hai, Mrs. Preeta ke hote huye, toh legally un par case darj kia jaa sakta hai. Aur jiske liye unhe Saza bhi ho sakti hai.!

Preeta - Aur agar ab bhi agar kisi ko koi doubt ho toh..
(Sherlyn was about to speak)

Kareena's eyes narrowed, noticing Rakhi's silence. "Bhabhi, aap kuch bol kyun noi rhi?" she asked pointedly.

Rakhi quickly replied with a stutter, "H-hhn! Mai bolti hu na. Beta, achhe se jana aur pahuch kar call kr dena" Rakhi blabbered .

The Luthra family's jaws collectively dropped in shock.
