ACT 1H

"That's because you don't know what you're talking about."

"But I do. You're hiding from yourself, not me. You have to realise that you like him or not, Alec."

Izzy said.

"This is not the right nor the right place to talk about that, Izzy."

Seeing the two siblings argue, Jasper sighed.

"Okay guys. Talk later, mission now. Chop, chop."

Jasper said and Alec shot him a thankful look while Izzy rolled her eyes.

"Come on, you two."

With that one by one they climbed the ladder to the basement. Once in, they sneaked and kept their bodies low; avoiding the pipes above.

Walking by a door, they stopped.

"This must be the way."

And she opened the door, only to reveal a group of vampires waiting behind; snarling.

"Oh shit! Close it!."

In a haste, Izzy and Alec quickly close the door; leaning on it.

"Let me."

Jasper said to Izzy and she moved away, trading her place with him.

"Well, that was surprising."

"Hurry, Alec. This door will not held them off for long."

Jasper spoke and the door continued to be banged by the vampires on the other side.

"I'm trying."

Alec muttered as he got his stele and drawed a rune on the door; only for it to not work.

"It's not taking it."

Jasper looked up and saw a pipe. Then, he quickly reached up and broke the pipe with a snap; inserted the pipe between the handle and another pipe, blocking it.

"That was easy."

Isabelle said.

"Well, not for long."

The trio then walked into a clearing and got out their weapons; Jasper was on Izzy's right while Alec was on her left.

"Do you think they know who we are?."

"That's the plan right? How long is that gonna last?."

Seeing the door is being opened and hands with sharp nails were coming through.

"10 minutes."

"10 minutes? Are you nuts? They're gonna launch at 5."

"Then let's distract them."

"Let's distract them."
