Hey there guys!
Apparently, everyone is busy  Sharing the pictures of Sushant Singh Rajput and posting some words about Depression on your wall.
That's really appreciable.

The most common thing I've seen in every post is, "Talk to the person who is depressed".
Yes I too posted the same! And yes I agree talking with a depressed person relieves him from that pain.
But how many of you know that all the depressed persons are not the same.

There are some guys, who can't share their feelings. It's not that they are afraid, but they don't know how to share. They don't even know whether they feel better or not after sharing.
I am one of those guys.

What actually you people think depression is?
According to many of us, depression is a mental illness. But that's not it.
That's not depression.

Depression is a war, in which a person's mind fights over his heart. I mean the feelings.
You ever know how hard it is to listen to mind?
The person who fails to listen to his mind, i.e situation where heart wins the war, is the situation where the person will be pushed into a severe feeling. That's Depression.

This  HEART,  is very poisonous. It forces you to do the things which shouldn't be done.
So basically , this type is well known by all of us.
There isn't much of a problem with this.
People go mad! They try to have some new habits or new life style or  they tend to spend some time alone and they become a normal person eventually.

But there comes this type of depression, which is totally different.
As in the first case, heart wins over the mind.
But in this, neither of them wins.
The feelings of both these mind and heart combines up!

And do you even know how that feels?

The person who suffers from that, he doesn't even know what's wrong with him.
The war continuously goes on inside him.
No matter to how many people he talk, no matter how many suggestions he get, those will not be having any sort of effect upon him.

And why is that so!?

It's because, his both things, are neither in a position to listen to anything nor in a position to take decision.

You might be thinking that, everyone will have problems and one has to learn how to face it. Yes that's truth and it is agreeable.

Let's imagine tbings now.

Imagine, you have a small issue going on with your studies or family or something else.
How hard is that for you to be strong? How tough is that for you to get over it?

Now imagine yourself in a situation, where
Everything you do goes wrong!
Everything is falling apart around you!
Fake friends hanging around you.
Being with family sucks.
On top of everything, being with people who doesn't care or even try to care.
Upon all these, even if they try telling their grief, on one listens. Instead they humiliate him.

So there starts the war,

your heart asks you to leave all those and  wait for things to get settled.
You mind asks you to solve those problems on your own.
and in this either of them is going to win.
Finally, the person finds only a single way to end the war. That is, Ending his life.

Can you see the difference between the two cases?

This cruel society is filled up with people who doesn't give a damn about the feelings of a suffering person. Is this a worth living place for those sensitive beings?
Yes depressed people are sensitive. Delicate.

And yes, there are some people who tries to relieve them from their agony. I'm really glad atleast such people exist.

But even these people cannot take away the depression of the second case guys.

Because, it is you guys  in the first place, who made that person that way.

You don't need to  love that person, just  let that person live their life.
Please Don't judge them.
Even if somehow, that person goes into depression, let's all try to get him out of it.

We all were thrown in this shitty world, to live, to survive. Let's not stop anyone's journey in half way, either directly or indirectly.

Live and let others live their own life the way they want!
