Mash-up

Olivia was walking down the hallway with her brother and Quinn David Karofsky threw a slushie in Finn's face.
"What the hell, Karofsky?" Finn shouted pushing the boy into the lockers.
"Oh, I've wanted to do that ever since fifth grade when you made fun of me for getting pubes. Now that you've joined Lullaby Lees and your sister the queen of the Chastity Ball, and dropped below is hockey dudes on the food chain, it's open season." Karofsky said
"Screw you, Karofsky! You and your Neanderthal Puckheads are nothing!" Olivia and Quinn spat at him
"You're gonna pay for this, dude!" Finn said pushing him up against the wall again
"No I'm not. You three don't have the juice anymore" He said refering to Quinn and Olivia as well. "Welcome to the New World Order" he said laughing walking away from the trio making them turn around to watch him walk away in shock.

Finn was sitting at the drums with Olivia beside him as Quinn wiped the slushie of Finn's face.
"This is a disaster"Olivia said
"Our reputation as McKinley High's "it" trio is in serious jeopardy if the three of us don't find some way to be cool again, Finn "Quinn said agreeing with the girl
"The slushy war has commenced "Kurt said staring over at the trio.
"And if Finn, Quinn and Olivia got nailed, none of us are safe." Mercedes said agreeing with her friend
"Okay, guys were a little behind for Sectionals, thanks to our Sue Sylvester detour, but you guys really seem to enjoy doing mashups, right? And I'm gonna keep you guys fired up. Plus there's and important lesson to be learned with mashups. Sometimes things are so different, they don't feel like they go together. But the big difference between them is what makes them great, like...chocolate and bacon" Mr Schue said
"Or glee club and football"Finn said
"Exactly. But you've proven that it is a good combination. So here is my personal favourite song, and you're homework for the week is to find an unexpected mashup to go with it" Mr Schue said
"Bust a move ?" Kurt asked
"Yeah, this song is old school."Mercedes said
"All right, um, Artie ?" Mr Schue said
"Yeah" Artie asked
"Try to follow along with the bass. Finn take us through it." Mr Schue said
"Uh, I'm sorry Mr. Schuester. I got corn syrup in my eye." Finn apologized to the man
"okay, uh, Puck, how about it" He asked
"I don't really groove to Young MC." Puck answered
"I am shocked by the lack of leading man ambition in this room right now." Rachel said making Olivia roll her eyes and turn to look at Quinn
"Of course she is" The younger twin whispered to her best friend causing Quinn to smile and laugh lightly at her.
"It's okay, Rachel. I guess I'm gonna have to show these guys how it's done." Mr Schue said making everyone laugh

Olivia, Finn and Quinn were sitting in Miss Pillsberry  office.
"So, how can I, uh, help you kids?" She questioned the trio "Is it, uh, too many friends on MySpace or...?"
"I can't believe we're saying this, but we need some advice on how to be cool" Olivia and Quinn said
"Yeah, you must have picked up some ideas about what cool people do over the years " Finn said agreeing with the blondes "Not that you were never cool yourself." Finn said after thinking she might offend by what he said.
"Yeah, well, um, but, um, you three are some of  the most popular kids in school" Miss Pillsberry said
"We were, until we joined Glee Club." Quinn said
"That's why he got a slushy facial, I'm sure of it." Olivia said
"Okay, I see. Um, don't really have any pamphlets on how to be popular. Uh okay, right, well, lets..., Let's talk about this why, why is it so important for you to be cool, huh?" She asked the trio " Don't you like being in glee? It's fun."
"Status is like currency, when your bank is full, you can get away with doing about anything but right now we're like toxic assets. When my mom applied to college, she put 'being popular' as her main extracurricular activity and she got into Arizona State." Quinn said
"Sunglasses are so sexy" Miss Pillsberry said  making the trio look confused at her "Sunglasses. Yeah sunglasses are, um, really cool. I'm always seeing, you know, celebrities wear them in um, magazines, even at night doesn't need to be day. Very popular. Gives you know a sense of mystery, you know. Rappers." Miss Pillsberry said
"Totally. It's like you can't see their eyes, so they have all the power. I could be looking at your boobs, and you'd have no idea" Finn said making Quinn gasp, and elbow him and Olivia feel grossed out hearing this.
"Um, no, um, no. Kids look, the most important thing is that you be yourselves, okay? And if people don't like you for that, then I'm sorry but who needs 'em" Miss Pillsberry said
