"What is it?" Barry asks.

"Two men are rowing a boat in the desert. The first man turns to the second man. 'Where's you oar,' and the second man turns and responds, 'sure does'. What does this mean?" Caitlin repeats the riddle to Barry.

Barry looks over at Jay who is still repeating the dialogue from the riddle to himself while he focuses on the model. "'Wears', spelt w.e.a.r.s." Barry explains. "He was telling him the sand was wearing the oar."

"Dammit!" Jay says, breaking the model. "I would've gotten it eventually." He whines.

Caitlin and Cisco break out in laughter, Caitlin doubling over and Cisco almost leaning too far back in his chair. Jay smiles at them and joins in the laughter. Barry starts to laugh but stops the moment he sees Jay laughing with them.

"We got some evidence from the scene of the fire." Barry says, interrupting the laughter.

Caitlin catches her breath and walks over to Barry to look at the sample in the tube.

"What is it?" She asks.

"Sand, I think. From the guy who attacked me last night. Cut the wires to start the fire with it." He explains.

"It's not sand." She says, squinting and looking closer at the tube.

"It's human cells." Jay interjects, walking over to them.

Caitlin sighs and rolls her eyes. "I would've figured that out eventually."

"His name is Sand Demon." Jay says, not hearing Caitlin's response. "I faced him on Earth 2."

Barry rolls his eyes.

"Okay, look I know you're new here, but I'm kinda the one who comes up with the names. But I kinda like that so I'm not even mad about it." Cisco jokes.

"Look, let me help you. I can teach you how to catch this guy. I've faced him before."

"I don't need you to teach me anything, Jay." Barry says, a hint of arrogance in his voice.

"Everyone close to the Flash is in a lot of danger. Your friends, your family." Jay says, pointing to Caitlin and Cisco. "You need my help."

"If you were so good," Barry says, stepping closer to Jay and looking up at him with a scowl on his face. "You would've caught him already." Barry takes a step back and scoffs. "Let's get Jay back to his cell."

Caitlin looks skeptically at Barry. "We're not done train-"

"Yeah, he's done." Barry interrupts her, walking out of the cortex.

"What was that about?" Caitlin asks, turning to Cisco.

"No clue. But he broke the model, so he's not going back in the cell until he fixes it. I planned on putting that on my shelf."

Caitlin laughs and Jay smiles, walking back over to the model to get to work on it.

Stein abruptly enters the room out of breath. "I think I've discovered the key to proving the proposed breach theory." He says excitedly. Caitlin and Cisco both raise their eyebrows in anticipation. "Exotic matter." Stein says his hands up to add to the presentation.

"You mean like, transdimensional energy?" Cisco asks.

"Precisely. The exotic matter will, theoretically, leak from one dimension to another. We should be able to find where it is leaking, thus pointing us to the breach."

"We can make some adjustments and upload an electrophotography program to the S.T.A.R. Labs satellite and photograph the exotic matter." Cisco says, his eyes getting wider.
