AN; I know I asked for names but I just picked one while looking I found a website that had the name Severus and I immediately thought of Snape lol anyway on to de story;

Harrys pov; "okay how about crimson" harry quickly came up with the name since the snake was mostly red crimson just nodded "get back to work FREAK" he hears his aunt screech crimson gave me a weird look and slithered over to me and went up my arm I didn't mind and just continued my chores. when I was safely able to retreat to my cupboard "why didn't you use magic to clean hatchling" "magic?" I thought I was going mad being able to talk to a snake now it tells me magi is real "you don't know about magic hatchling" she questioned me "my relatives always told me it didn't exist" I told her "well it dossse exist how old are you hatchling?" "I'm 10 years old why" I was confused what did my age have to do with any of this "you sssshould get your Hogwartsss letter when you turn eleven" I was so shocked I wondered if the Dursleys knew about this already and if they did why didn't they tell me "if you don't know about magic you sssshould go to diagon alleyssss book ssstore" crimson told me "where" I asked "itssss a place in London where you can get your sssschooll sssstuff" London I thought that's about an hour away "if you don't have a way there you an threaten your relativesss to take you there" I thought about that if they do know about it then it will probably scare them if I did know because they don't like weird unexplained things "ill do it tomorrow" she just nodded (idk if snakes can nod lol). no ones pov: the next morning harry woke up before my aunt woke me up witch surprised him "good morning sssspeaker" harry jumped a bit since he forgot he had crimson with him "just call me harry okay" the snake nodded and if on que he heard the door unlock and his aunt yell at him to get up. It was hilarious to see his aunt and uncles faces one he told them he knew about magic and surprisingly he took him to where crimson told him he needed to go he was amazed one he saw diagon alley he knew he could look around after going to Gringotts wizarding bank one he got inside he went and spoke to one of the goblins who asked him for his key once he told the goblin he didn't have it and why he was taken for an inheritance test after he let his blood on to the paper he saw words appear

harry was stunned a man he had never heard of has decided who he was and wasn't to like this made him kind of angry so he asked to get them removed (like a normal person would right) after they were all removed he was handed a key so he got his money and headed to flourish and bolts to get some books so he could learn a bit more about the magical world he also got his wand (his wand is the same as normal except the core is a dark phoenix feather) .when he got back to the Dursleys he was surprised to be given Dudley's second bedroom when he entered he placed the things he had bought down and started reading about the history of magic. crimson had fallen asleep around his neck. he spent almost all his free time learning about magic he ended up having a lot more free time since he stopped being given chores in this time he even learned wandless and wordless magic witch the ministry cant trace and just like crimson told him he got a Hogwarts letter a few days before his 11th birthday he wrote a reply and used one of the owls to send it the next day he ended us going back to diagon alley to get his school stuff he also got a own and another snake he hadn't intended on getting a snake but this snake looked like it was poorly looked after so he bought the snake . the owl was pure white and he named her Hedwig and the snake was pure black so he named it ink, crimson took an instant liking to ink and they were very quick to become friends.

Harry's pov:

I could hear ink and crimson talking while I was at the small desk reading , it has been a few days since I had gotten ink and the two wouldn't shut up it was actually quite nice knowing that they got along "harry remember that you have to get up early tomorrow to get the train to sssschooll" crimson reminded me "I haven't forgot I'm just finishing this book then ill head to bed" .
