Office environment meant chaos in an orderly manner.
The employees had to go from one department to another department, sort out this file or that file, send this to the client and that. This was a normal tensed environment of Feng Corporation.
Director Sun Jingling threw the file on the feet of the two men in front of her. Her voice boomed in the cabin, early morning.
"Because of you'll, I had to listen from the CEO." Director Sun huffed, repeating the words of the CEO. "What sort of a plan is this? No logical or practical reasoning. The geographical terrain of the second piece of land is not good and so it will take time to make any buildings there, but the first piece of land is an important one. Its near many schools. We can easily construct School District Houses. There is ample profit in this plan."
A man with a slight beard lowered his head, "Director Sun, although the geographical terrain of the second piece of land isn't good, we can make it into a retirement mansion district. Because of its suburban style, many people will like to rest and have holidays here."
The man with gold rimmed glasses also nodded his head. They both had designed the building and structure after taking into consideration of all these things.
He had an handsome face and coupled with his phoenix eyes, he could enthral each and every employee of Feng Corporation. He was already the most sought after bachelor of the planning department. Other department's young girls were, too, asking for his number or flirting near the coffee machines.
He was the ladies' man. All except for this Director Sun.
Director Sun held her forehead. What could she do of her own subordinates? Perhaps fire them. But then she did not dare fire anyone easily like the CEO did.
"Listen I know your reasoning. But the current important project should be the School District Houses not the Retirement homes. The retirement homes is not currently in our schedules and we need to release other buildings too. You've not taken into consideration the capital investment for the retirement home project at all."
"But Director Sun..." The man with the glasses still wanted to argue.
He picked up the file that was thrown on the ground. He had worked so hard for this plan and now it was called illogical and impractical?!
But before that Director Sun spat, "Get out. I already tried to make you understand, Shen Yi. If you want to get fired so much, go directly to CEO Feng."
Shen Yi and his colleague lowered their heads. When they reached the door of the cabin, they heard Director Sun's restrained voice.
"Redo this entire plan and give it to me tomorrow morning. Do anything but finish it quickly. Now scram."
Shen Yi and his colleague both scrammed away leaving behind a fuming Director Sun.
When they went to walk to their respective cubicles, Shen Yi with dissatisfaction said, "Because of this Devil CEO, I've to overwork now. This woman is what? A person with no sex drive or what? Making each of us work overtime again and again. My girlfriend broke up last week because I had to work overtime for an entire week."
"I understand. No one likes working overtime. But the salary that we get is higher than of any other workplace so suck it up." His colleague said adjusting the identification card on his neck.
His face looked good in photo than in real life. Now, not many can look like Shen Yi. Almost a model.
"You can suck it up but not me."
Shen Yi's voice raised a notch making other people who were working in the cubicles nearby glare at him.
"Oye Shen Yi, if you're so angry go to CEO and shout. Don't involve us." A woman with baby fat who was seating adjacent to Shen Yi's cubicle reprimanded. "We are normal people unlike you who thinks you're right in everything." She then scoffed and went back to doing her work.
