the sun was about to set, when chaewon and hyejoo were waiting for the bus.
"see you tomorrow, hye!" she said that while waving her hand towards hyejoo, and get on the bus immediately.
hyejoo grinned and shout, "take care!"
"i always do," said chaewon.
the bus started to close the door, and leave the bus stop. too bad, she missed chaewon already, cannot wait to see her again.
who knows, it would be her last time saw chaewon?
the next day, chaewon's mom called her, said that her daughter didn't come home since last night.
until these days, a year after chaewon's disappearance, it still feels like a nightmare for hyejoo.

hyejoo woke up, looking at the window, it was pouring outside. she fell asleep after doing the assignment.
she looked to her watch, it was 10pm already and she hasn't had dinner yet.
she even forgot to buy any monthly supply.
"i guess today's menu is ramenㅡagain," she mumbled and take a deep sigh.
she immediately took her coat and umbrella, then pocketed the key and some cash before going to the convenience store.

"12,500 won, please," the cashier man said.
not far away, hyejoo took a glanced at the cashier man who was working while stirring her ramen.
"sorry, miss, this card was declined," said the cashier man while returning the owner's card.
"how come?" the blonde girl asked, she took off another card from her wallet and gave it to the man.
he swiped the card, and said again, "this card was also declined, miss."
the girl stared at her wallet, which only has 10,000 won in it.
hyejoo stood up from her place and headed to the refrigerator, taking a box of milk from there. she placed it in front of cashier's desk and asked, "how much is it?"
"2,800 won, miss," said the man.
hyejoo gave the money, while her finger pointed at the blonde's groceries, "i also paid for these."
"miss, you don't have to paid mine," said the blonde girl, grabbed hyejoo's wrist, just in case she leaves.
hyejoo turned around, and her eyes caught the blonde's figure who looks really familiar to her.
