Intial idea: Before the crisis in the arrowverse where the universes came together to make the prime universe. In barrys world supergirl should of exsisted.
1. So technically speaking in supergirl, krypton had exploded. Now supergirl doesnt exsist on the flashs earth which is nearly impossible unless krypton did not blow up.
2. If krypton did blow up then superman and supergirl or some sort of Kryptonite would have landed on earth as thats always been the destination. Since aliens havent yet been found properly in the flashs and arrows world that then means supergirl and superman doesnt exsist on earth yet.
3. On the other hand if krypton did not blow up that means supergirl whilst visiting the flash can actually go home, and if krypton exsisted in the flashs world, presumably after the crisis creating earth prime and the prime universe then krypton will also exsist again and that also means supergirl may also have the possibility to exsist.
Conclusion: Earth Prime should exist in a universe with a working, functional krypton for supergirl and superman to explore.
