𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐓:
raven mirza was in love with her best friend, maddy perez, but the thing was, maddy had a boyfriend and raven wasn't good at expressing her feelings.

another problem was that nate jacobs, also known as maddy's boyfriend, was abusive. he knew about raven's feelings and threatened to hurt her if she ruined their relationship.

so raven is left on the sidelines, watching her best friend fall apart and stay with an abusive asshole and she can't do anything about it; or so she thought.

𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒:
- you can change the description if you want since it's pretty bad lol.
- raven is bi and she's out of the closet.
- she lives with her dad and he's not very good at expressing his feelings so that's where she gets it from.
- raven tries to distract herself with other girls/guys to get over maddy but nothing works.
- somewhere in the book maddy and raven should get in a fight abt nate. raven should tell her how he's bad for her and that she's changing because of him and maddy should get angry at her and storm off.
- raven is sarcastic, loyal, curious, and impulsive. although, on occasions, she can be really sweet.
- she absolutely hates nate, like every time she sees him she wants to punch him in the face.
- you can decide if they get together in the end or if she stays with nate!
