Manipulators: One with the element

Prologue

49 years ago, there's a 5-year-old girl named Diafochromatia. With God-like magic, she can kill and bring back the dead to life in an instant – a manipulator of life and death. Magkaiba ang kulay ng mga mata ni Diafochromatia, and her magic was considered a gift. Ngunit nagkaroon ng malaking problema, a once considered as a gift turned into a curse.

Her magic started rampaging. It started killing people on its own accord and Diafochromatia, the wielder of this magic was despised by the people around her. It didn't stop, the death toll increases every day. Because of this, fellow manipulators of magic see her as a threat to not just them but the whole humanity.

The ten most powerful and strongest manipulators were given the task to seal Diafochromatia magic to stop the unending suffering of those around her. Little did they know, this made the little girl's life miserable.

The ten manipulators who performed the sealing of Diafochromatia's magic were called, Magnus Manipulators. To perform the sealing successfully, they had sacrifice their magic as a manipulator and people started to call them heroes.

Everything came back to normal, the cursed magic has been sealed, but another cursed magic was born from the Ten Magnus's magic – Kataziónia, curse of eternal life.

Diaforchromatia, took her own life after her ability were sealed. She jumped off a cliff and her body had never found.

For the next 23 years, the Ten Magnus lived normal lives and created their own family. Namuhay sila ng kahit walang abilidad hanggang sa dumating and 'di inaasahang trahedya sa kanilang buhay.

A four-year-old little girl, happily humming and skipping towards the door of her grandparents' house suddenly felt cold as she saw both of her grandma and grandpa being strangled by a cloaked man.

She witnessed the whole process of the cloaked man killing her grandparents. They turned pale like a corpse as the cloaked man said, "I suffered a lot because of your seal. Your life energy won't be enough, I'll hunt down every last one of your clan."

Hahanapin kita at kukunin ko rin ang walang kwenta mong buhay. Remember my name, Kataziónia." After these words, the cloaked man vanished into thin air. Left alone, a four-year-old little girl cries while shaking the cold lifeless body of her grandparents.

Cyanea then opened her eyes panting with tears flowing.

"Another nightmare." She whispered to herself as she remembers the scene that haunts her for the past 15 years.

She looked at the table beside her bed and took the picture frame with a photo of her and her grandparents. She then said, "I'll avenge you, I promise."
