Championship basketball game

One morning, I was woken up around 5:00 am by a huge wet tougue spreaded across my face and there was my favorite dog in the world his name was Max, I was surprised of that, but then again I thought to myself maybe Max knew how important this game is to me that’s probably why he had woken me up so early so I could get ready for the best moment of my life as I said. So, then I got up out of my bed prepared for a big day ahead of me because Today Me, My Coach, and also My Basketball Teammates had a Championship Game @12:30 pm that we had advanced to in our previous game we won and it was officially clear that we were going to the finals to win our championships. 

So, While I was preparing for my day I started it off by taking a nice warm shower and after that I went down to the kitchen and found something healthy to eat and after I ate my snack there was Max again whining so I ask him what was wrong and then again Max was still whining, Then I looked over at his food bowl and water bowl and saw that it was empty. After I saw that he was hungry to I went downstairs in the basement to get his food bag and then I went back upstairs and poured food in his bowl and he went right after his bowl and almost knocked the bag out of my hand, Then I said to myself again Max must have been really hungry, Also I filled his water bowl up and he almost knocked the water bowl over when I was placing the bowl on the floor near his food bowl. Max was always a wild dog since he was a little chubby baby that I always use to carried around and took good care. 

It was almost time for me to head out to go to my Championship basketball game I look at the clock and it was 11:00 am. So after Max was done eating I grab his leash and decided to take him out for a little walk. As we were heading out of the front door I close it behind me but didn’t lock it because I didn’t want to lock myself out of the house and plus I was only walking Max up and down the block, So as we were walking up the block, I walked passed my friend house his name Ruth. He also plays for my basketball team as well so he shouted my name out from the window and he ask me was I ready for our big day to show our skills off on the court, I told him yes, I am and he said ok, also Ruth ask me where was I going, I said to him that I was taking my dog for a walk up and down the block and he said ok.

So as I was walking up and down the street with Max there was Ruth again shouting my name out from his window, First time he said my name he looked very excited, But this time he looked angry, So I ask him what is the matter; He told me that our coach had called his mother phone and told her that there championship basketball game will be canceled because of what coach heard on the news about a snow storm hitting the City of Philadelphia, So I had got very angry as well and said to Ruth that this is crazy and he also agreed with me, Then he told me that he was just going to go downstairs in his house and watch Television. After, Me and Max came from Ruth house we heard an alarm go off, glass shattering, and then Max started barking so, we quickly ran to house and saw two people inside of the house then we went on the side of the house I pulled my cell phone out of my pocket and called 911 and I told them what was going on and they said they will be here in the next 5 to 10 minutes. So in the next 4 minutes that passed by I heard sirens and the burglars tried to run from the scene but somehow I lost grip of Max and he ran after the burglars are attacked both of them I was surprised I didn’t know Max was could do any of that stuff, I thought to myself that Max was just a dog who didn’t like to cause harm to the other people, when police arrived they caught the suspects locked them in hand cuffs and took them away.
