Ruling: King Haru and Queen Akira the IX

Hello, Everyone.
You may not know me, and you never will. For I, a mighty scholar have only one job. To tell and record the following lives of Uderias royal members. Think of me as only your guide through this story, telling you the lives of Hiro and Hope. But before talking about them, we must dig into their past, where the most twisted fate awaits them..
-Uderias Conference Hall-
"Who goes their?"
"Your Majesty, King Haru. It is I a loyal messenger of Uderia. Allow me to speak?"
"You shall speak."
"King Haru, Your wife is giving birth."
"WHAT!?"
"Yes sire, she urges your presence."
"I shall proceed at once, Dismissed."
"Of course my lord, All for Uderia!"
The messenger leaves, Haru proceeds to the hall ways and goes to the royal hospital. He sighs.
"Oh my Akira, This is what I feared, how come it's so sooner than expected.." He rubs his temple and proceeds to the door.
He walks in, the sound of footsteps buzzing in his ear. Royal Nurses and doctors bow before they proceed to continue working. Haru opens the curtains to find Queen Akira sobbing and groaning in pain. He walks to her side and takes her hand.
"Dearest? Your already here Haru, I thought you had work?" She tries to smile but is hit by waves of pain
"Oh just stop dear. Try to relax sweetheart you don't have to always be so brave." He rubs the palm of her hand.
"Oh Haru! I'm scared! Not in the history of Uderia has a Oracle been right about this! If it's this early then that means." She begins to sob.
"I know honey, it means that it's started, our children will now have that power." Haru places his head on the bed.
"We are so stupid Haru! Why did we even agree to this!" She cries loudly, "They can't be normal children!"
"Akira you know we had no choice!! It was decided by fate! We just happened to be unlucky!" Haru tries to keep calm.
"FATE! HARU THIS WAS NO FATE-" before she can say another word, she screams on the top of her lungs.
Doctors run into the room, the delivery has started and King Haru is ushered out. He begins to bang his head on the wall multiple times.
"No wonder why father said I was never good with women." Haru sat in a chair and rested his head in his hands.
13 long ours of intense screaming and crying, Haru just sit there feeling no emotion from the outside. Anyone walking by would probably be in shock and his lack of empathy but anyone who did know him knew that haru expressed emotion on the inside. Right now Haru was feeling waves of emotions. Regret, sadness, anger and joy all rushed in like guest who weren't welcomed at a party.
Haru begins to sit and think. After a couple minutes he's called to meet his children and is told that it's identical twins. A girl and a Boy. Before he opens the curtains, he asked the doctor..
"Tell me which one has it." He whispers.
"Unfortunately it's the boy sire."
Haru clenches his fist, and walks inside to find his wife smiling at both children.
"Haru, come look. Aren't they beautiful." She exclaimed. Haru nods.
"Yes darling, you did a wonderful job." He takes the newborn girl into his arms, and cradles her lovingly.
"What shall we name them darling?" Akira asked, and haru is silent for a moment.
"Well I was think for our son, we could name him Hiro. For our daughter.." Haru pauses.
"How about Hope?." Akira says as Haru nods with approval.
"Hiro and Hope it is.."
