Personality - Tamaki is the most random person ever, he just says something or just blurts out something, He's really a chill person. Tamaki is one of the most, big crackhead ever. He's always being silly, even is desperate times, He's so calm that nothing almost nothing can scare him. He's willing to go through some crazy shit and still be calm. Tamaki is a patient and soft person. He normally hides himself from new people, although Tamaki is just blunt, he'll say something then something happens.

Magic - Fire and Water bending, mainly fire bending since he's good at it.
Abilities -
{Fire Bending}
Fire Punch - Tamaki ignites his fists on fire and punches someone with the flaming heat of his flames.
Blaze Kick - Ignites both of his legs and kicks anyone around him.
Blaze Shot - Makes a small flame on his finger and fires at the opponent.
Torch - Lights up his hand and just walks around.
Pyro Shot - Gets a pebble kicks it then sents it

Water Whip - Gets a stream of water then lashes at people. Or whips. Watch him nae nae
The Slip N' Slide - Gets a big stream of water and seeing any ground creates a big ol' slip and slide to ride on.
Water Gun - It's in the name...
Hydro Pump - If working along side Noelle he controls her water and redirects it towards someone.

Yami Sukehiro - Tamaki is just so random that he'll confuse Yami, as he's really understanding and can withstand if he ever gets pissed off, and becomes silly around him.
Backup - Fuegoleon Vermillion - Tamaki admires him, due to his Fire bending 'magic' and takes pride joy when spending time around him.
Backstory -
Tamaki never had a home just foster parents, but he ran away from them because. He just wanted to be on his own. He never came back when realizing.... He didn't have food so he goes back some lying that he was chasing frogs making up a huge story that later fucks his entire village at scared.
Afterwards he wasn't allowed to go outside, neither of the other kids until he met Yami, when he was a bit older. As he's working with his fire and water bending skills.
He kinda walked out of his own house to watch the battle, since he didn't care. He watched as Yami took out many of the thieves.
Before he was held hostage by one of them. Instead of being scared the crackhead goes and just cracks jokes. Distracting them and *clap* Tamaki watched as Yami clapped the thieves's cheeks without help. The little crackhead saw the male in front of him. He was definitely shy but not scared, he was walked home.
