Sometimes you just need to sit back and breathe. It might be hard during these times but it's important to breathe.

I know sometimes it's hard, Honestly sometimes it's hard for me too. All of the responsibilities sometimes can be too much and you feel like you can't breathe and you are slowly suffocating but you can't escape. It's okay if sometimes you can't do anything but breathe, you have to calm down before you can do what you need to do.

For some people they take out their pain on other people because they can't deal with their own demons or problems. But it's okay to talk to people and I know for some people they can't talk to their parents and it's okay. You can talk to a trusted adult or talk about getting a therapist. It's okay the only thing that is not okay is giving up. It's so easy to give up but you can't. You might think no one loves you and you are alone in this world or the whole world is against you. It's easy to think that way but you shouldn't if you keep thinking that then you start to believe it and it's not true. It might be hard but you have to think positive and breathe it will be okay.
