While I was cookin', my doorbell went off

Me: "Tea can you watch dat fa me?"

She nods and I walk out tha kitchen. When I answer tha doe, I see it's juss Kirk

Me: "Oh. It's juss you..."

Kirko: "Damn. I'm na a 'you'. Dats how you feelin'?"

Me: "Yup..."

I walked off and go back in tha kitchen. A few minutes lata he walked in

Taneia: "Hey pops!"

Kirko: "Hey Tea!"

She hugs him and he kisses ha cheek

Kirko: "Where tha otha ones at?"

Taneia: "Upstairs prolly playin' dat stupid game"

Kirko: "*laughs* I'll be back"

He walks out and I come back ta my sanity lol. Er'time I look at him I get pissed. Yea he still sexy as fuck but I wanna bust his shit, as MeMe would say lol. Then Tea got my attention cuz she was waivin' a hand in my face

Taneia: "Ma!"

Me: "What?"

Taneia: "What's wrong wit chu?"

Me: "Nun..."

Taneia: "Juss wonderin'. But there's sum'n' wrong wit me..."

We sit in a stool and I look at her

I know y'all prolly wanna bust my shit right na. I know I fucked up and what not and I hate dat I did. I haven't been tha same since. Afta we divorced, I met a girl named Lynn. We were ta'getha fa at least 2½ years. But I ended tha relationship fa multiple reasons. Fa one, ha and Nae stayed into it. Two, ha and MeMe got into a few fights. And what really topped it off was dat she was trynna get wit Aug. He tol' me and I knew he was dead ass serious when he tol' me. So I juss ended it. When me, Kyan, Kaia, and Dwayne came downstairs I heard Tea and Nae talkin'. So I tol'em ta go back upstairs fa a few. And I'm already a nosy person but I listen cuz I heard Tea say she was hurt emotionally...

Janae: "What's wrong?"

Taneia: "...Juss fa'get it. Nevamind"

Janae: "Nah tell me. I'm low key kinda worried..."

Taneia: "I want pops back hea'. I can't stand tha fact dat y'all divorced..."

Janae: "Is dat why you always emotional when you look back at tha pictures we have...?"

Taneia: "Yea. Ion like goin' back and forth between y'all. Dats why half tha time I neva go. I stay hea' cuz I know when I go there, you're gonna be hea'. And Kyan, Kaia, and D feel tha same way, too. Dey neva say nun ta you but dey tell me. And it makes me cry sometimes cuz there're young and have ta go through dis. And it hits D tha hardest..."

Janae: "I wish y'all woulda said sum'n'. I didn't know y'all felt like dis. But there're reasons why we're divorced. I honestly neva wanted it. I loved yo daddy. Actually I still do. But I...I juss didn't wanna...deal wit tha issue..."
