It started after the press-conference for their new show - he refused to let go her hand. If she stumbled during shoots, he held her tightly against him. In between shots, he held her hand under the excuse of getting into character. When they walked from the car towards the lift and into their home, she lead the way, but his fingers remained laced with hers, the grip firm. When they slept at night, his palm lay on top of hers, his hold gentle, but still there.

Ye Jin looked at her boyfriend as he cleaned the kitchen after dinner. It had been two weeks since his absurd behaviour had started. It was sweet and cute at first, but now, Ye Jin was starting to get annoyed. Was he scared that she would leave him? Or that she would slip away? Did he think her feelings for him were so fickle? She narrowed her eyes at him. This man!, she thought to herself.

Bin looked up from the counter to find his girlfriend glaring at him. He was in trouble. He thought back to what he had done wrong during the day, but nothing came to him. He carefully turned his head to look around at the kitchen - it was spotless.

"Why are you staring at me... like that?" He asked, his voice cautious. She exhaled loudly. Oh she is big time annoyed, he realised.

"What is it with you and this obsessive hand holding these days?" She asked, the irritation in her voice evident.

"Oh... that." He avoided her eyes. If she found out, she would truly consider him crazy.

"What? Tell me!" She probed.

"It's nothing. I just like holding on to you." He replied with a sweet smile, pretending to wipe the already clean bench-top. He heard the chair scrape against the floor and she strode over to him, snatching the cloth from his hand and flinging it aside. Now she was angry.

"Really? You like 'holding on to me'. Tell me what it is, because frankly it is starting to get annoying. Everyone on set looks at us like we're crazy."

"It's nothing Ye Jin, really. I'll stop if it bothers you so much." He didn't want to lose his cool, but it hurt when she said that his habit was annoying.

"Bin, don't look away. I know you're lying. You suck at lying in case you didn't know. Are you suddenly scared I will leave you?"

That seemed to get his attention as his gaze snapped back to her. "What?", he asked, his voice incredulous.

"I've seen this kind of possessive behaviour before with other men. Don't even try to deny it. It is so frustrating that you think my feelings are so weak that I'll leave you."

"Ye Jin, stop!" He could sense that this was about to turn into a fight, and that was the last thing he wanted. He'd rather she think he's crazy than fight.

"No, this is just so annoying." Her voiced cracked and tears pooled in her eyes. "How can you even think I'll leave you? Don't you know how much I love you?"

"God you are absolutely crazy, you know that?" He sighed and pulled her against his chest, encasing her in his arms. She was now sobbing in earnest. He rubbed her back and tried to calm her down. "Babe, I know how much you love me. And I am definitely not scared that you are going to leave me. That thought doesn't even cross my mind. Please stop crying!" He pleaded.

"Then why are you being so crazy and possessive?" She mumbled, her sobs subsiding.

Bin pushed Ye Jin back, grabbed her hand and lead her to the couch. He sat her down and pulled her into his arms again. "You remember the interview we did with Taiwan Netflix?" When she nodded, he continued, "And they asked me what was something you did on set that I could not forget?"

"Yes, and you said it was when I fell during the parachute scene by the hill."

"And you said, had I not let go of your hand, you wouldn't have fallen."
