Lost

All Aboard

Date: April /4/ 2028
Arrive time: 8:57pm
A young woman rushed out of the passenger side of a newly parked car, eagerly going to the trunk and pulling out a suitcase that was covered in stickers from all over the world carelessly placed all over the hard casing. the stickers looked kinda nice on the dark yellow color of the casing.
another woman joined her partner at the back of the car, pulling a black heavy duty backpack out from the trunk, tossing it on her back and closing the trunk. at this point, that said partner had already booked it to the docked boat not all that far in front of them. "COME ON ,EMMA!!" Ana called, dragging her suitcase behind her.
"coming, coming, slow down!" Emma called back, taking her sweet time, not rushing as much as Ana was. they weren't late or anything, in fact they were pretty early. but the thing is, Ana has been planning this trip for almost two years. she loves to explore remote islands and areas, but she needed to wait to be accepted to go to this one specific island, so she was pretty excited.
Emma held a lite smirk on her face as she slowly but surely caught up with Ana. "excited much?" she questioned in a slightly smug tone.
"excited?! are you kidding?! I'm ecstatic!!! I can't flippin wait!! I'm so happy I might pee myself!" Ana answered, making little jumps in place out of excitement.
Emma raised an eyebrow at that last one. "uh, gross, don't do that."
"oh you know I'm kidding! be seriously I can't wait" Ana shrugged off Emma's comment and stared and admiered the decently sized sail boat roped to the dock. her smile grew as she bit her lip. the girl let out a screech and quickly rammed herself into emma, wrapping her arms around her and giving her a tight hug. "HOLD ME I'M GONNA CRY!" she shouted into Emma's chest. the boat was simply to beautiful the brought a tear to her eye.
Emma playfully rolled her eyes and put her arms around Ana in return. "there, there." she rubbed her back. "now will you stop being a dork? people will start staring"
"never! they can stare all they want, I'm having a moment!"
"pff- when are you not having a moment?"
"fair point, but also shut up"
Emma laughed and pushed Ana off.
"whatever dweeb. do you wanna get on the boat yet or are we just going to stare at it?" she crossed her arms.
"yeah!! ok let's go! let's do this!!"
Ana took Emma wrist and pulled her onto the ramp and into the boat pulling her suitcase with her other hand.
"hello ladies!" the captain and owner of the boat greeted the girls as they boarded.
"hello sir! how are you on this lovely day?" Ana asked, let go of Emmas wrist.
"Oh I'm just swell, how about yourself?"
"well I am just peachy!! very very excited!"
"well I'm glad to hear it!! I'm Dan, your captain, if you need anything I will be more then happy to take care of anything you need my dears!"
"awww did you hear that Ems?" Ana held onto Emma's arm and tugged on her a little.
Emma chuckled,
"yes, I sure did. that's very nice of you sir, we can't wait to sail these 3 days with you. do you sail often?" she asked out of curiosity.
"Oh boy I almost go out every day! if not every other day! I am so happy to be sailing with you two." Dan grinned, holding his hand behind his back.
"well then that means we'll be safe then?" Emma asked now out of concern.
"of course!! now please understand that nother nature can be cruel and u fair BUT ill will be doing everything in my power to make sure you ladies are safe and comfortable during your journey with me." Dan reassured.

Ana, still holding onto Emma's arm, now more in a hug, then just holding onto it. "Emmmmaaaa, we'll be fiiinnneee you've been worrying about this for a week! it's ok!" she smiled, resting her head on Emma's shoulder.
Emma glanced down at Ana and let out a sigh. "if you say so, alright, well we'll be going to our room now, im exhausted-" she groaned.
"alright! your room is the first room down the hall!" Dan pointed to a little hallway just across the main deck.
"aw man, thank you so much again."
Emma thanked.
"don't mention it, dear. oh and we'll be setting sail very shortly so if you feel some movement or the waves, don't be alarmed." Dan warned, he gave the girls a sofe smile and wave before he took off to his station.
Ana over dramatically waved goodbye. "goodbye, Daaannn!!!!"
"come dofus, let's go to the room, I'm so tired." Emma started heading to the room, leaving Ana behind.
"hey wait up! don't leave meeee" Ana hurried back to Emma's side, and huffed. "you were really about to leave me just then weren't you?"
"what? no way. me? leave you? my own ultimate dorky girlfriend who's super loud? never." Emma replied with the up most amount of sarcasiam.
"Oh well I must be blind then becuase it really looked to me like you were dead ass about to just head to dead without me."
"nope, looks like you're gonna have to get your glasses fixed, babe."
"but I just got them adjusted-" Ana pushed up her dark blue 'hipster frames'.
"welp, looks like you're gonna need a refund then since they done fucked up."
"awww maannn but they look so goooddd."
Emma scoffed, walking up to the room door and opened the door. surprisingly the door was unlocked, which automatically set off an alarm in Emmas head. she was gonna make sure they could lock the door and keep their stuff safe even if it was just the three of them.

current time- 9:27pm

Ana on the other hand, didn't seem to realise the room was open, but the inside was nice, clean and pretty small. the room was painted a bright white with sky blue accents, and room decor. it only had one bed, a night stand, lamp, and a little closet  built into the wall.
"ooooh, this place is so cozy!" Ana fully stepped in, leaving her suitcase by the door and leaped onto the bed, face first, right in the center. her arms and legs all spread out, taking up alot of the bed space.
"oi, oi, oi, nu uhuh, move your ass out of the way, and make some room for me." Emma dropped her backpack down on the floor, next to Anas suitcase. she walked over and pushed her girlfriend over, farther to the wall and laid down on her back before the other could take up that space again.
"heeeyyy, I was laying theeerree." Ana whined, sitting up and partially laying  on Emma.
"Oh well, now I'm laying here." Emma turned her head enough to look at Ana. she rested her hand on the back of her partner. she leaned up, planted a soft kiss on Anas nose.
"what kinda kiss is that? my nose thanks you but what about my mouth? I thought you loved me." Ana teased.
"you know damn well I love you. I've put up with your dumbass for 8 years, if that isn't love, I don't know what is." Emma mentioned, wrapping her arms around her and rolling onto her side. trapping Ana in her arms, and closing her eyed.
Ana giggled, nuzzling up to the other, then making a last minute decision to share a REAL kiss, and a gifting a few more random smooches on Emma's cheek, chin, and arm. she eventually closing her eyes as well. once she calmed down, she was actually surprisingly tired.
Emma smiled, pulling the other closer, easily drifting off to sleep with Ana falling into dream land shortly after the other.
