Chapter 19

We better not arrive late.

-Jiwoo's View-

I open my eyes and stretch as I wake up.

A big yawn erupts from me.

Huh. I had a really strange dream.

Matthew was in it. He was telling me not to close my eyes...

Welp I'm awake now. I lean over to turn on the light when I realize I'm not in my usual bed.

I try to step off the bed but I feel chains preventing me from doing that.

"Hello?"

I call out. What's going on? Did Jimin tell someone to chain me up-

Just then a vision of events hit me in the face.

Matthew... that alpha, Rowoon.

He kidnapped me.

"LET ME GO PLEASE!!"

I cry out but no one comes.

Just then light erupts into the room.

I look around me and see a dungeon like room.

It was dull and had no windows.

I had no idea where I was.

"Hello? Anybody here?"

I faintly hear footsteps approach and I hold my breath.

Maybe someone is rescuing me.

Matthew... please be Matthew.

The wood door slams open.

And in front of me is a dude.

"Who are you?"

"Second in command to Rowoon. I'm going to make sure you don't escape. And don't even try because I'm not afraid to hurt you."

"Well... where am I?"

"No questions. Go to sleep."

"Umm I just woke up."

"Doesn't matter go to sleep."

"Well I'm not going to sleep so you're going to have to deal with me."

"Whatever. Just don't talk."

"Is talking so b—"

"BE. QUIET!!"

His eyes shone bright blue and I could almost see his blood vessels pop.

This is going to be hard...

He's not friendly at all.

-Matthew's View-

"Well it doesn't matter that you ran into him. If he said that he isn't working with the wolf pack."

"True. Okay so what should we do?"

"We must find Jiwoo. That's what he's doing and we can't let him take her away again."

"Okay let's go!"

Right then someone calls out to me.

I look up and see Youngbin he points at a small hill. Something's off about it...

He keeps pointing and I realize what he's saying.

I give him the thumbs up and regroup with Somin and J.Seph.

"You guys see that hill??"

They nod.

"That's where Jiwoo is. We have to blend in. Get in and out with Jiwoo. NO exceptions."

And we start heading over there.

There are many trees around so we can blend in with that to get to the hill.

Just as we reach the hill I smack into someone.

I look down and see Jimin.

He glares up at me.

"What are you doing here?"

"Saving Jiwoo."

I shove him and quickly try to find an entrance.

"Too late Matthew."

And I see Dawon appear behind Jimin.

He smiles apologetically. And Jimin and Dawon disappear.

They must have teleported inside.

"Urgh! I shouldn't have trusted him!!"

"Wait Matthew."

I glance at Somin and she's holding what looks like a potion.

"While you and Jimin were arguing, Dawon gave this to me. He said it's to teleport."

My eyes widen.

"Okay let's do it."

"It's only for one person. So only you can go in."

She hands it to me and I slowly take it.

"Well... I'll be quick. Stay here I'll head over here so we can leave together."

They nod and I drink the potion.

The next thing I know I'm in a cave like place.
