___

It's been a day or so that I broke up with Avar. To be honest, I miss her. I feel like I'm a horrible person. I shouldn't have broken up with her.

There's a knock on the door. I know it's Julia. What does she want now? "Come in," I said with a sigh. "You are going to kill Avar," she tells me once she opens the door. "Close the door," I say. I don't want anyone to hear this conversation. "You are going to kill Avar, Sara this is serious. It's a request from the boss. Don't you dare to mess up this one or else I will kill you," she says. I prefer to die rather than kill Avar. "Who's order is this," I ask. "Jason. She and her brother visited him and Jess in the jail," she replies. No way, my eyes are open wide.

Suddenly she grabs my arm and takes me to her car. What is on her mind? We get into the car. She on the driver's seat, me on the passenger's seat. "Open the dashboard," she orders. "You are not my boss," I reply looking out the window. "Hell, I am. Now, do as I said," I didn't move a muscle. "Ok, fine," she said before she opens the dashboard herself and put a knife in my hand. The knife is a special knife to kill people. "What, you gotta kill me now?" I said while chuckling. "No, but you are going to kill her, or else I will kill you," she said before she closes my hand to a fist.

Soon she parks near Avar's place. "You have no other choice," she said before getting out of the car. "Make the smart move," she said while taking me out of her car forcefully. "How do you know I won't kill you?" I ask boldly. "You won't because I am your mom," she says. All she does is hurt me. What kind of mother does that? I stand next to Avar's place, waiting for her to come home.

"Sara!"

She calls me once they get here
She seems happy to see me. This makes everything harder for me. Max doesn't talk; he goes inside her place right away.

I look at Avar with a smirk on my face.

Ok here is what I will do. I'm not going to hurt her. Even though it may be suicide. I have no idea what she's thinking about right now. Avar is anything but naive. Her face is blank. She doesn't even know that I have been ordered to kill her. "I guess you really shouldn't trust anyone," I said keeping my smirk on," I tell her. "What do you mean?" She asks me. "I don't know," I answer. As I remember I don't have much time, and I need to kill her, the smirk on my face vanishes and guilt covers my whole. "What's wrong?" She asked quietly. "I don't know what I am doing here," I reply. Who am I? The more I think about it the less I want to kill her. "who am I?" I ask myself confused and sadly. I wince as I realized that I just asked that out loud.

"When did you get here?" Looking at me, Avar asks.

"I don't know," I say, and honestly I meant it.

"How did you get here?" She asks. She's a detective, but this time is different. This time she is the victim.

"I drove here," I answered looking at the ground. I can't even look at her. "Then where is your car? You are lying. Someone drove you here!" She tells me seriously. "Can I come inside? Breaking up with you was the worst thing I ever did to you," I said looking at her with hopeful voice and eyes. I need to tell her everything, but not outdoors Julia might be hearing. You never know where she actually is. "No," she replies closing the door which was still open from when Max went inside. "Let's sit here in the back garden," she adds whilst leading me to a chair.

She sits on one of the chairs, and I sit on another one.

In the back yard, There are two white, plastic chairs and one round table in the middle.

"Ok, you are here to talk. Let's talk!" She said calmly waiting for me to start. I'm quiet for a while before I remember that I don't have all the time. "I don't know what is happening to me," I say looking guilty. "You know I love you. I always have," I tell her. I am really trying to let her know that I need to talk to her inside because out here nothing is actually private.

It's quiet for a while both Avar and I are looking at each other waiting. I don't know what to tell her. I was assigned to kill you with this knife that is in my fist, but I love you. I shake my head "I can't do this," I suddenly say while getting up, but before I do anything, she holds my hand.

"What do you have in your hand?" She asks me sternly. Uh oh, she knows something is up. I'm not as clever as she is. "Nothing," I reply while rolling my eyes. She rolls her eyes at me too. "You know I think you need to prove that there's nothing in your hand," she said seriously before she squeezes my fist hand a little. "Ow!" I whine painfully.

"I can't hurt you. I'm not a murderer!" I say to her. It's true, my mom is making me kill her because I didn't let her kill Avar. She raises an eyebrow. "Well, I mean I can't hurt you anymore," I add, emphasizing anymore. She makes a confused face.
