Cynthia Arcadia, she is a kind-hearted girl. She might be pure and silly but everyone adores her unique personality. She loves Martial arts and compete with any Sanda competition,  she won 8 times as she stop her sports to focus on her study. She wants to be a teacher but when she knew that the boy he love is taking Medicine, she wants to be one too even if she's afraid to see a blood due to her mother's death which died on car accident.

Shaun Valdez: Top student. Every girls are into him but his heart beats just for one silly girl. He's been  called NERD or BOOKWORM dahil sa pagkahilig niyang magbasa to pursue his dream. No, he study so hard just not to disappoint his parents who expect him to be a good doctor someday.

Jaycee Pratz: Cynthia's chilhood good friend. He's a bully person but when it comes to Cynthia, he really protects her, he loves her. He's been inlove with this girl but he didn't bother to admit it because he already knows that her heart are already belongs to someone. He's good at singing, dancing, basketball and any sports who leads him being a successful celebrity.

Kendrick Collins:  He's an old student from Nandu Medical University,  He's a bully person too especially when it comes to a newbie from the said school. He do such things just to forget his condition, he has a congenital heart disease.
He tries to pull a prank on Cynthia but he always failed and so his heart too. He fall inlove to this silly girl so he tries to do some good things to win her heart, but he couldn't beat the one who's inside hers.

Sofia Park: Shaun's Chilhood bestfriend. She's been inlove to Shaun but Shaun only sees her as a little sister, so she tries her best just to win him but as Shaun said, "My heart is only for Cynthia, she's the only one I like." She's so obsessed because of what Shaun's said and it leads her to do such things.

Nathalie Cruz: Cynthia's high school classmate.  She has a crush on Shaun for a long time, but when she notice that she has no chance at all , she gave up. She pursue her dream to be a good dancer.
