“Mommy! Mommy!” he said, “Did you see the dragon fall out of the sky!?” Annabeth smiled at him and picked him up.

“You bet I did Sweetie,” she told him, “Look he’s right over there with his owner.” The little boy turned his head. As soon as his eyes landed on the dragon they widened immediately. He began to squirm in Annabeth’s arms. She put him down and let out a chuckle, as soon as his feet touched the ground he came running.

“Hi Mister,” he said to Leo.

“Umm… hello?”

“Can I pet your dragon,” he said getting straight to the point. Leo chuckled lightly and squatted down so he was almost eye level with him.

“I’ll tell you what buddy,” Leo told him, “how about after Festus takes a nap?” He nodded his head eagerly and ran back to his mom.

“Mommy, after Festus takes a nap he’s going to let me pet his dragon!” Annabeth and Percy laughed and Leo stood up.

“Hey, he’s Festus not me!”  Leo exclaimed pointing to the dragon.

“Oops,” the little boy said, hiding behind Annabeth’s leg. Mostly everyone had cleared out, leaving only a couple familiar faces.

“And that’s Daniel,” Piper told Leo. He nodded his head slightly. He had begun to get slightly uncomfortable with the situation, and he could tell Calypso was too.

“Do you want to go to the bunker,” Leo asked her quietly. She shook her head.

“No, I want to meet people.” He smiled at her, happy that she wasn’t depressed about the whole situation.

“Well,” he said clapping his hands together, “ This is Piper, also known as Beauty Queen.” Piper scowled at him. “But she is one of the best friends a person can ask for,” he finished.

“Thanks, Repair Boy,” she said with a roll of her eyes.

“Anytime,” he said with a wink.Leo strolled over to Percy, Annabeth, and their kids.

“Now this little angel, I believe is Abigail.” The little girl hid behind her father’s leg and giggled. “Aww, come on now sweety, you wouldn’t wanna make me look bad in front of my girl?”

“Wanna isn’t a word, you have to say want to,” she said with a smug grin.

Leo raised an eyebrow and turned to Annabeth, only to see her smiling with approval. He shook his head softly and turned his attention back to Abigail.

“Okay then,” he said, “You wouldn’t want to make me look bad in front of my girl,” he said fixing his grammatical errors. The little girl had an accomplished smile on her face, and shook her head slightly. She came out a little more.

“There she is,”Leo announced. Abigail curtsied and Calypso giggled.

“The little one over here,” he said pointing to Daniel, who was now wrapped around Annabeth’s waist, “is Daniel, I believe.” Daniel nodded his head, grinning like the cheshire cat.

“And his mother, who he happens to wrapped around, is Annabeth,” he said her name slowly as, he were waiting for a bomb to explode, but Calypso’s smile didn’t waver; making Leo’s heart grow.

“And I believe you know Percy,” he finished. Calypso nodded her head.

“Hello Percy.”

“Hello Calypso,” Percy said. There was an awkward silence for a moment before Percy broke it.

“Calypso do you mind if  I talk to you privately,” he said looking at Leo for permission, but Leo only shrugged his shoulders to say ‘Her call not mine’. Calypso only left him hanging in suspense for a little before agreeing.

“Ooh, can I go daddy?” Abigail asked.

“Umm… No sweetheart. Why don’t you go talk to Uncle Leo.” He told her nodding his head towards Leo. Leo’s heart grew, as they realized they didn’t forget him.

“Okay,”Abigail sang. She skipped over to wards Leo with a sweet smile on her face. “What took you so long to come home Uncle Leo?” Abigail asked. Leo and Annabeth laughed lightly.

“I’ll tell you, but you have to make me a promise.”

“What?” Abigail and her mother asked. Abigail’s voice was laced with curiosity while her mother’s was laced with suspicion.

“Call me Tio from now on.” The three of them all laughed together.

“Okay Tio,” Abigail answered.

“Now let me tell you about the adventures I’ve had with your Tia."
