"Chat hurry-" Ladybug said impatiently as she raced on top of the buildings. I can't fight this akuma alone- She thought as she neared the akuma. Taking one look at the akumatized person, Ladybug knew she would need help.
Ladybug saw wings like a hawk and talons instead of hands. And the tail was a lions tail?
"Ladybug! Im so glad you could make it!" The feathery person said, hovering in the air. "I'm Griffonite, and in order to make this as painless and easy as possible.. Give me your miraculous!" she said as she held out her hand expecting ladybug to do the right thing.
"I will never hand over my miraculous!" Ladybug said with a nasty grin on her face. She'd had her miraculous for 3 years now, and today was not the day she would give it up.
"Awww, the little bug's being brave..-" Griffonite said.
Griffonite rose higher in the air, she then made a staff appear in her right talon. "Well then, I guess we'll do this the hard way."
Ladybug shuddered when Griffonite said that last part. She knew that her suit would make the pain lessen, but she didn't want to find out once her suit was damaged.
"Well not so fast bird brain! You can't face her without facing me!" A black figure said as he jumped onto the building.
"Chat Noir!" Ladybug said as she hurried to hug him. When she pulled away, she saw his eyes as wide as basketballs. "Oops, sorry kitty," She said. Chuckling, she stood next to him facing Griffonite.
"Oooh, another hero to join my party!" Griffonite said, giddy, as she flew closer towards them. "So..- Who's first?" She said as she pointed her scepter at both of them.
"I am!" Ladybug said as she stepped closer. Inching away from her face, Ladybug smiled. She kicked Griffonite on the knee as she ran behind her. "Chat noir, use your stick and try to grab her scepter. I know the akuma is in there," she said as she took her yoyo and swung it around Griffonite's waist and pulled her back.
"Argh-" Griffonite said as she was being pulled back. With the string crushing her wings, that only made her more furious. "Enough playing games with me!" She said as she spread her wings until the opening was wide enough so she could get out of the yo-yo's grasp. She flew out and she flew right up to ladybug's nose.
Griffonite grabbed the yo-yo out of Ladybug's hand and tied it around Ladybug with ease. "Heh- now it's the little kitty's turn," she said as she turned around. She saw him holding his staff like a shield.
"No way Griffonite!" Chat Noir said as he eyed her with disgust. First she almost broke my lady's yo-yo, and now she's tied her up helplessly? He thought as he looked at Ladybug.
As Griffonite kicked him in the stomach, he had lost his train of thought as he flew in the air hitting the stairwell's door hard. Chat noir rubbed his head groaning in pain. He tried to stand up, his feet gave way beneath him and he fell.
Catching Ladybugs' eyes, he looked at her with anguish. Ladybug tried to pry the yo-yo off her but she was tied up tightly. Griffonite swooped down and stood on the roof facing the scared masked blue haired teen.
She knelt down to eye level with a smirk. "You lost Ladybug," she said as she grabbed Ladybug's ears with her black gloves.
Chat noir struggled to get up and help Ladybug. He clutched his side and tried to stand up. He winced as he stood up and headed towards Ladybug.
"M-my lady.. I-I'm coming-" He said in a horse whisper as he edged near toward Griffonite.
Ladybug tried to wriggle out of Griffonite's grasp. I can't loose now.. She thought. Her eyes stung as tears fell. She had lost.
Griffonite took of the backing of ladybug's ears and slipped them off.
Bright pink lights slowly revealed her hands and feet. Ladybug covered her face with her small hands and started to weep.
Chat noir saw the light and knew Griffonite has possession of Ladybug's earrings. Once he was inches away from the chuckling villain, he slowly reached out his hand and took her staff.
Griffonite look behind her angrily at Chat noir. "Give that back pussy cat!" she said as she jumped at him. He dodged her and saw Ladybug's earrings fall on the ground. He quickly scooped them up and rushed to the half retransformed Ladybug.
"Put these on quickly!" Chat noir said as he placed the earring on her lap and turned around. As much as he wanted to know who she was, he had to respect her wishes. He took a long sigh and waited for her to transform again.
